The room is dated, with slightly old furniture. The bathroom is also a bit dated, and the soaps smell a bit strong. Overall, I have to say it's not bad. The towels and sheets were fresh and clean. There was a tea kettle with cups, tea bags, and sugar. There was also a perfectly working mini-fridge. The double bed was comfortable, and the room was warm, given that it was 40 degrees outside. The price/quality ratio was competitive. There's clearly room for improvement, but you can't have everything in life...

Location and staff where very good but it's mentioned in the reviews that there is an air conditionier. However the one there is the fixed one beside bed that is compared to a fan .. definitely not an air-conditioner , that striked us at 39 degrees.. As well I dont recommend the food from the restaurant

Very good location! Excellent food and good beer!!! The staff is fantastic, bravo, they do a great job! But the rooms... Unfortunately, there's rarely any hot water for showering!

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was an alright place for a short stay. This place is a restaurant where the hotel rooms are upstairs. The basics were provided but the hotel rooms definitely need some refurbishment. There should be more lighting in the room but it’s good that the room is cleaned. Parking (paid) is very secure in a garage so a good place to stay if you need parking. Breakfast was okay, options were quite limited but does the job for the morning. If you’re looking to go Bellagio and have a car, you can drive to Varenna (15/20mins) and take your car in the ferry from Varenna to Bellagio instead of driving all the way there (we were not aware that the ferries also allow cars)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff deserves 5 stars – they were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally left my AirPods in the room. Thanks to their quick and friendly support, I was able to get them back without any stress. The location also deserves 5 stars: very convenient and easy to reach everything I needed. The room was comfortable and clean, definitely a solid 4 stars. Overall, I’m very grateful for the excellent service and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

Siamo stati nuovamente dopo 2 anni e una serata da dimenticare( x un servizio pessimo e un cameriere molto maleducato)la 2 opportunità si dà sempre … ma niente pizza normalissima accettabile forse ..ma locale con un potenziale assurdo lasciato propio allo stato di degrado ..cenato in giardino molto sporco tutte le foglie e erbacce in giro molto disordinato, nessuna cura per i dettagli e l ordine .. ci siamo accomodati e subito abbiamo fatto cambiare i bicchieri sporchi la cameriera non si è nemmeno scusata ( può capitare però 3su 3)vuol dire che c’è poca attenzione !!! chiesto acqua gasata fresca arrivata calda e sgasata erogatore probabilmente fuori uso??? Mi son poi guardata intorno e niente ho capito che oltre a 2 tavoli di turisti che soggiornavano lì il vuoto più totale di clienti e mi son data la risposta da sola …. Da rivedere molte cose e prendere magari esempio dal passato quando c’era la coda x entrare … voto 👎dispiaciuta e delusa
