I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars not because of any real shortcomings, but simply because I haven't had the chance to try the attached restaurant yet. However, my experience at the delicatessen and butcher shop was more than sufficient to give me a very positive impression of the overall quality of the business. The meat is always fresh, carefully selected, and of excellent quality, as are the cured meats, which offer an interesting and carefully curated variety. The staff has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The prices are absolutely affordable, considering the quality offered, and the environment is clean, tidy, and well-managed in every respect. While I wait to evaluate the restaurant, I can still highly recommend this establishment, which already stands out for its efficiency, attention to detail, and quality.
