Torcio's is undoubtedly one of the best pizzerias ever! The dough is light and easy to digest, with top-quality ingredients that truly make the difference. The pizza selection is wide and creative, always featuring original and well-balanced combinations. Warm Hospitality & Crunchy Pizzas at Torcio’S Pizza DRINK&FOOD We visited Torcio’s the other evening for a family dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The place has the charm of a family-run restaurant, with attentive and genuinely kind staff who made us feel right at home. A special shout-out to the waitstaff: we had a small child with severe allergies, and they handled the situation with great care—double-checking ingredients, communicating clearly with the kitchen, and ensuring everything was safe. That level of attention is rare and deeply appreciated. We started with fries, which—though simple—were a hit at the table. Perfectly crisp and well-seasoned, they earned praise from everyone. The pizzas followed, and they were excellent: thin, crunchy, and generously topped in true Milanese/Roman style. We tried: - Rustica – with sliced potatoes, taleggio cheese, and local sausage. Rich and comforting. - Boscaiola – pancetta and porcini mushrooms, earthy and savory. - Bufala Mozzarella Pizza – not your typical margherita. It came as a crunchy focaccia topped with tomato, pesto, and small mozzarella balls. Untraditional, yes—but surprisingly delicious. One small suggestion: they don’t currently offer alcohol-free beer, which could be a thoughtful addition for designated drivers. That said, the pricing was very reasonable—around €110 for six people including beers, soft drinks, and juices. The only downside is the outdoor seating (dehor), which is close to a high-speed road and can get noisy. But if you’re focused on good food and warm service, it’s a minor trade-off. Definitely worth a visit—especially if you love bold flavors and crisp pizza bases.

The pizza is surprisingly high quality, truly one of the best in the Bergamo valleys. Top-notch ingredients and excellent dough. The location is perfect for everyone. The service is friendly and fast. I highly recommend it.
