This little place is delightful: intimate, well-kept, and welcoming. Whether it's a stopover or a place to rest, it makes you want to come in! The interior, set apart from the rest of the place, creates privacy and is surrounded by books and well-contextualized objects. And what about the quality of the products? Selected and not cheap. The roasting is the icing on the cake: Arabica, Robusta, various aromas and varieties to choose from. What a discovery!

15/07/2026: A well-established establishment in a busy area of ​​Rome, Butcher Shop offers good-quality meats and allows you to create burgers by mixing different types of meat. The appetizers are also good and the prices are moderate.
14/07/2026: What a wonderful local find! I dined here recently and the quality of the meat is truly excellent; you can immediately see the extreme care they take. The sandwich was delicious, cooked to perfection and served in an original way on a metal tray with straw paper. The freshness of the ingredients is evident in every bite. I will definitely be back.

21/05/2026: Wonderful hotel! We enjoyed our stay in Rome all the more because of the experience of staying here. Great location as well.
18/05/2026: My husband and I had the pleasure of spending 2 nights in this wonderful establishment as the start of our vacation. What an experience! The hotel is beautiful, the staff amazing , and the food delicious. If you are looking for a great place to experience service at its finest this is your hotel. All I can say is I wish our stay had been longer. There is always next time!
