I tasted their ice cream yesterday, recommended by friends, I must say that I was satisfied, really good and natural, as ice cream should be 🙌🏻 I also tried the flavor of the day which was Roman chicken, certainly particular and not for everyone, but interesting proposal! I then opted for cocoa beans (delicious!) pistachio and raspberry. Friendly staff and ice cream to get if I pass through Frascati ☺️

It has gained fame since the first few times I went. I don't know if it's a consequence but the ice cream is less good, it has a lower consistency, such that after a minute it was practically all melted. The entrance should be better managed given the crowd that can be created, as well as the space reserved for the tables. The cream cannot be seen by machine.

I love ice cream in all its forms and in this ice cream shop I tasted the ricotta flavor for the first time. I couldn't tell if it was ricotta or ice cream. DIVINE! I returned to Frascati not long ago, and I had the pleasure of tasting two new flavours... the ice cream is spectacular! Recommended among all the ice cream shops in town!

The flavors of panzanella, buffalo ricotta, watermelon and liquorice are delicious. Non-artificial, natural flavours, a fresh teaspoon of quality products. Highly recommended (Ps. left Rome following Gambero Rosso)

Finally an ice cream shop where you can enjoy the taste of real ice cream! Excellent raw materials, few flavors but well made: I was impressed by the fruit flavors! The consistency is different than other ice cream shops I've tried. The cone waffle is amazing. Friendly and welcoming service!

I arrived with high expectations, especially from such positive reviews. Let's start from the concept that offering seasonal ice cream with raw materials, defined as local, makes it clear that there are not too many flavors. I opted for fruit ice cream from this period, Peach and Melon. Good taste is evident with little use of sugar and additives. Honestly, not having tasted other non-fruit flavours, I can't comment. The only negative note is that the price was too high for me. I understand the use of excellent seasonal raw materials, a cup of 2 flavors €3.50 is too much. Also because the service, although friendly, is not entirely professional. For now 4 stars total now it's fine, I will return to taste flavors of creams in the most suitable period.

As the girl told me: "everything here is gluten-free" I was moved! Finally an ice cream shop in Frascati without the risk of contamination, vegan and lactose-free options. Really excellent ice cream, not at all heavy and, you can feel, of the highest quality. See you soon!

Non capitati per caso; abbiamo volutamente percorso la deviazione per Frascati per gustare il gelato di Dario Rossi e, ovviamente, non siamo rimasti delusi. Il suo gelato è anche noto come "gelateria a km 0" proprio per la maniacale attenzione alle materie prime, molte delle quali provenienti direttamente dal proprio orto di Zagarolo. Si capisce anche dalla inconsueta ed attraente offerta di gusti; ho scelto visciole e un superbo gusto al vino. Che dire, esperienza premiata; tre coni meritati.

Gelato che sa di gelato. Tutti i gusti provati avevano quella caratteristica diversa, veramente reale rispetto ai soliti gelati tutto zucchero. Veramente consigliato, specie il gusto olio evo al basilico.
