Finally a place entirely dedicated to gluten-free and lactose-free, with many precautions and variations also for food allergies and intolerances, also vegetarian and vegan options. Quality artisan products, excellent service and lots of friendliness. Compliments!

How to make a birthday memorable? Being able to eat delicious dishes in complete safety! Finally a paradise where you can enjoy goodness that as a celiac I didn't think I could eat again: simple but extremely tasty dishes prepared with extreme care and attention to the ingredients. An honorable mention (although every dish deserves it) for an incredibly good pistachio cheesecake! Goodness, kindness, quality, competence: nothing is missing! New place of the heart!

A perfect Tuesday evening… I would like to point out that we are not celiac... We tasted two buckwheat flatbreads which were truly perfect.. soft, tasty and well filled… Nothing to say... everything was perfect and they were very kind and approachable! Go there because it's really worth it!

I am neither celiac nor intolerant, I went to dinner with my friend as she is celiac! The food is really excellent even for us who don't have problems! The cute girls; a bit of a small place, too bad for them because if it were in a bigger place I'm sure they would be packed! I advise the owners to advertise it because it is the best.

Very very good burgers and platter and also generous in size. Since everything is gluten and lactose free it is a perfect place. Average costs

Nice and welcoming place, fantastic waitress, fast service! The dishes are super good, you can feel that the ingredients are fresh and made by them! I concluded with a spectacular berry cheesecake, I've never tasted one so good! We came from Montecatini to try this place and eat gluten and lactose free, we will definitely be back... it's worth the trip ☺️

Pay us a visit you will be surprised. Small place but nice and delicious food. One of the best and most imaginative cutting boards I've ever seen. Very kind and friendly staff. Highly recommended 🌹

Great food and lots of kindness! The menu offers a lot of choice, including flatbreads and burgers with many different mixes. A place for gluten-free eaters to absolutely try.

16/12/2024: On December 13th I organized a birthday party at the Pantheon Parco Bonacchi Puccini, a splendid, fairytale location! thank you Niccolò Bonacchi! The catering, the elegant setup, the splendid decorations, the excellent food and the super efficient and courteous service was organized by Antonio Bar Corallo Pistoia, it was truly unique in every way, thank you!

Entering here is like being welcomed by old friends: a positive, pleasant and warm environment. Believe us, the atmosphere is truly unique; you will feel pampered and at home!
