Grazie Rosa In Agliana

We stopped at the "Grazie Rosa" sandwich shop after a tough match: we couldn't have chosen a better way to eat! Incredible sandwiches and a wide selection of gluten-free beers (with an exclusive Christmas version); the lager was also very good. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming: when we return to Prato, we'll definitely know where to go for lunch! ♥️♥️♥️

Very nice place especially for those who are intolerant. My daughter is celiac and she had a great time because she was able to taste our dishes because everything was gluten-free.

The restaurant is small, but welcoming and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The menu offers all gluten-free and lactose-free dishes, and vegan options are available upon request. They cater to all allergies and intolerances. The quality/price ratio is excellent.

In Prato for work, my colleague and I found ourselves having dinner at "Grazie Rosa." It's more than just a sandwich shop; the variety of options (extensive and not generalist) amazed me. Vegans can find a variety of options here, but there's also great attention to those with food intolerances or those who prefer unconventional choices. The extensive selection of beers (including craft beers), if not locally sourced, then almost... allows for a diverse and satisfying experience. The owners and staff are very friendly, and although the place is small and the tables are quite close together, the service and friendly atmosphere make this a thing of the past, making the time spent pleasant and quality. The food is also good, and the owners' helpfulness is top notch. Congratulations!

I'm not celiac or vegan...I wanted to try it and I was overwhelmed by the delicious flavors and the kindness of the owners.

Alas...we discovered this place a year late...but now that we know how kind, attentive, and skilled they are at vegan cooking, we'll make up for lost time! We recommend booking in advance! Thanks, Rosa! We'll be back very soon 😍

It's Saturday evening, and after a long, tiring day, my husband and I find ourselves at 10 pm, hungry and exhausted, in the center of Prato. I Google a gluten-free place and this one immediately strikes me as wonderful, based on the reviews and the menu. It doesn't disappoint. I walk in and immediately feel welcomed. The two women behind the counter are kind, empathetic, and efficient. They have a rare energy and innate charm. The sandwiches are amazing. Both mine, the vegetarian one, and my omnivorous husband's. And I'm not saying "amazing for being gluten-free." No, just amazing. Absolutely delicious.

We were grateful to have found another restaurant with vegan options in Prato. Service was nice and helpful. Nice seating on a little terrace in the street among old trees. Make sure to take a peek at the river that goes behind this row of houses.

I've been to this place many times. What definitely struck me most, besides the deliciousness of all the food, was the unforgettable sweetness and excellent service. One of the few places I'd recommend in Prato. Not 5 out of 5 stars only because it's not completely cruelty-free 🌱 (One of the best and most beautiful vegan cakes I've ever eaten!!!)
