A discovery for us who live in Udine!! Clean and tidy environment. The staff was very knowledgeable in explaining the menu. Very refined wine list. But let's now get to the food which is nothing short of excellent. Congratulations👏🏻

Fabulous place, the arches take you back in time to breathe the atmosphere that was there hundreds of years ago, friendly staff, excellent service, delicious dishes, excellent quality and price, I recommend it, I will return as soon as possible

The meat is good... quality, price and everything is normal

During my recent visit to Udine, I had the pleasure of dining at the Grano Salis restaurant, a culinary gem hidden in the heart of the city. Located in an underground floor of a historic building, Grano Salis stands out for its unique charm. The vaulted ceiling adds a touch of ancient elegance and creates a welcoming and intimate atmosphere. The staff at Grano Salis deserve a special mention for their professionalism and attention to detail. Each team member was knowledgeable, thoughtful and attentive, ensuring a high-level dining experience. To start, we chose an appetizer with fassona steak, which turned out to be a delicious prelude to dinner. The meat was tender, tasty and impeccably presented, although the price of €16 for the starter may seem slightly high. The highlight of the evening was the Black Angus Florentine steak (1.6kg), the steak was cooked to perfection, highlighting the quality and freshness of the meat. Each bite was an explosion of flavor, doing justice to the reputation of Black Angus. To finish on a high note, we opted for two desserts: a cooked pistachio cream and an apple dessert with biscuit crumble. Both desserts were exquisite, with balanced flavors and inviting textures, ending our dining experience beautifully. The total price of the dinner was €196 I would highly recommend a visit to Grano Salis to anyone in Udine looking for an unforgettable dining experience. The combination of excellent food, first-class service and an evocative setting makes Grano Salis a must-see for lovers of good food.

Eravamo in tre abbiamo preso due antipasti molto buoni e due primi squisiti. Poi una costata di 1.5 kg di Black Angus con le patate buono! Il locale è bello peccato che se la giornata è gradevole nn te la godi perché sei sotto terra. Il servizio cordiale ma un po' impersonali Il conto un po' sopra la media.

Locale in centro a udine, davvero pulito curato, servizio al top, piatti pure, ottima scelta di vini e di carni, non c è molto da dire perchè tutto perfetto! Da provare! Solo una cosa, assurdo il fatto che io coperto costi solo 2,50!!

Pranzo del 17 dicembre, eccellente. Iniziando dall’ accoglienza cordiale ed ospitale. Location sotterranea molto intima, romantica, perfetta. Io e mia moglie abbiamo preso due primi e come secondo una bavetta di angus cotta sui carboni. Ci è stato offerto una cremina di zucca come antipasto, squisita. Vasta scelta di ottimi vini in bottiglia ed al calice. Servizio velocissimo e cordialissimo. Ottimo anche il dessert. 🍮 Locale facile da trovare. Zona semicentro Udine. Sicuramente ci saranno altre occasioni per ritornarci da Grano Salis.

Cercavo una steak house ad Udine e ho letto delle recensioni su Tripadvisor .. tutto confermato. Servizio gentilissimo presente ma non asfissiante. Mi hanno consigliato un filetto.. era ottimo.. cotto perfettamente con un leggero odore di fumo dovuto alla cottura a legna, accompagnato da patate al forno molto buone. Ottimo vino (cantina fornitissima) ne ho ordinato un bicchiere e oltre quello mi hanno lasciato la bottiglia al tavolo (non piena ma comunque con almeno un altro bicchiere) cosa che di solito non accade MAI. Unico consiglio (non critica) metterei qualche tipo di carne in più per chi va da solo e non mangia tagli da 1kg in su. CONSIGLIATISSIMO
