Excellent doughs, light and very airy. The toppings are quality and some pizzas are really very particular, but with perfect combinations.

Excellent food, we dined outside, the staff is very polite but I put one star less; the wait after ordering is long, also we had to ask for water 3 times and they brought it at the end of the meal. But in general I will definitely go back.

Too expensive, for a pizzeria €160, four tastings, three beers, two cans of Coca-Cola and three desserts and I got up from the table hungry

I had the opportunity to dine at Grano Antico in Venaria. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is friendly, but there are some aspects that deserve a more careful evaluation. The pizza, although good overall, did not convince me completely regarding the dough, while the ingredients used were excellent. As for the medium beer, I have doubts about the real capacity of the glass, which is not calibrated and seems to contain less than the 40 cl declared. Greater transparency on this point would be desirable, especially to ensure fairness towards the customer. Overall, a decent experience but with room for improvement, especially on details that make the difference.

A little place to try something different I wouldn't call it pizza what I ate with two other friends, three different flavors octopus, bra sausage with asparagus and egg sauce, and salmon but on a soft bed of pizza focaccia with mixed dough with Venere rice. and other tasty balls of crunchy casings and succulent fillings and glasses of excellent cold beer to try for sure.

Excellent pizzeria in the center of Venaria, very high quality, refined gourmet pizzas with very inviting combinations. Different doughs. I had a pizza with Venere rice flour. Deep pizza, Bra asparagine with Bra sausage, asparagus cream, parmesan flakes and egg yolk. Excellent. For dessert, a Hawaiian kiss with whipped coconut milk cream, chocolate biscuit and pineapple, the dessert was also very good.

Refined, beautiful, good. We took 4 tasting menus.... fabulous... delicious, 4 pizzas with 8 flavours... we were enthusiastic. I will come back even if it's not really a good price.... but I think that if you eat well, even if you pay a little more... never mind, go once less

Bel locale, ottima pizza con impasto ben lievitato. Le pizze gourmet sono molto buone (menzione speciale per quella piemontese con vitello tonnato). La prossima volta proveremo la degustazione del pizzaiolo. Buona anche la tarta tatin rivisitata. Prezzi sopra la media ma merita una sosta!

Pizzata in famiglia. Locale arredato in stile moderno, personale di sala giovane, molto educato, veloce e cordiale. A parte la cucina che non è stata testata da nessuno, la Pizza è quella che la fa da “padrona”. Ottimi e freschi ingredienti, posti su degli impasti ben lievitati, caratterizzano la qualità e digeribilità di queste prelibatezze. Abbiamo voluto testare quasi tutte le tipologie di pizza proposte, dalla pizza alla pala Romana, alla classica Napoletana, per finire con la Scrocchiarella (impasto croccante e farina semintegrale), di cui allego foto. Tutti gli invitati concordi nel giudicarle semplicemente favolose. Ottime le birre alla spina, superlativi i dessert, prezzi non esagerati, ma proporzionati alla delicatezza delle materie prime utilizzate. Onestissimi i prezzi dei liquori, proposti a 3€, come anche i vini al calice 4€, piuttosto cara invece l’acqua in bottiglia da 0,75cl, proposta a 2,50€. L’unico problema riscontrato, ma che non riguarda il locale è la difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio nelle vie limitrofe, per cui consiglio di arrivare un po’ prima dell’orario previsto. Se siete fortunati lo trovate subito, altrimenti fatevi un bel segno della croce e girate …. Torneremo sicuramente, un bis è già in previsione. 5 pallini pienamente meritati!
