I ate Roman pinsa for the first time and I must say that I really liked it... a light dough rich in ingredients. A thin crust surrounds it. Exceptional desserts.
New and well furnished place. I recommend it for refined palates

The place is located along a main road but there is a convenient supermarket car park right next door. It is very welcoming, renovated and created from an old historic factory in the city. Friendly and kind staff. Quality food: this applies to both first courses and Pinse and desserts. In my opinion, prices are a little high compared to what you eat, especially when it comes to the fried foods offered as appetizers.

Not being a local, we entered by chance, and it was a success! Pizza with a significant external edge, but very light. Quality ingredients. Slightly more expensive than a classic pizza, but it was worth it. Excellent service and excellent organization to complete the experience. To be recommended. For me it's a shame to live 270 km away, otherwise I would be a regular visitor.

Nice place to eat good quality pinsas and pizzas. The recommended combinations are tasty, with some very interesting combinations of ingredients.
A little idea for improvement: I would have liked to also find a valid selection for those who don't necessarily want to eat meat or cold cuts.
I recommend it, we will definitely be back!
