Grani di Pepe In Flaibano

Siamo andate lì per una cena tra ragazze, il posto è bellissimo peccato per il servizio.. cucina buona ma alcuni abbinamenti non ci hanno convinto. Servizio non da un locale di questo livello, non ci hanno abbinato loro un vino al piatto ma ci ha chiesto semplicemente “rosso o bianco”, non sapevano di chi erano i piatti quando ce li portavano al tavolo, le posate le cambiano a ogni portata però se non l’hai usata (secondo loro) non te la cambiano. Poi c’è stato un problema con il secondo di pesce, che conteneva del maiale (non mangio carne) e non era stato segnalato nel menu, quando è stato detto alla cameriera mi ha risposto semplicemente che controllava, senza chiedere se volevo cambiare il piatto o altro. Ovviamente non è stato tolto dal conto. Cucina buona, dipende dai piatti che si prendono, certi favolosi e certi che non funzionano proprio.

I give the five stars for the magic of this place, a magic made of lights, colors and flavors that must be enjoyed all together. You leave behind fields and factories (and maybe even a complicated day) to enter a garden that recalls the paintings of Saliola. It is the love that shines through in every corner (and in every dish). Surrounded by works of art and design objects expertly placed in a fake chaos that invites you to stay beyond the time of the table. A walk in the garden is mandatory, certainly not to digest, because the cuisine respects the ingredients and every flavor is well present in the dishes in its purity.

We went for a birthday and had a great time in the restaurant. Great quality food and timely service.

I was in the company of friends, we chose tasting menus, meat/fish. Beautiful location with unique pieces of furniture, excellent wine, I honestly expected something more from the food, good, but in my opinion something is missing that makes you say Wow!! in short, normal food

It's a little expensive, but the quality is very high and the place is refined even though it is set in a well-restored rural building.

Sono passati quasi 10 anni dall’ultima volta che ero passato da queste parti e mi ero ripromesso di tornare a cenare in questo ottimo ristorante. Ambiente molto caldo e curato, cucina raffinata, apprezzata la bella chiacchierata con la titolare.
