Luxury hotel located about 200 meters from the Genova Piazza Principe train station. Elegant, spacious rooms with meticulous attention to detail. Spacious bathrooms equipped with every comfort. The hotel offers a variety of services, including a spa and an on-site bar. A generous buffet breakfast with top-quality products is served on the seventh floor, with the option of using the terrace overlooking the city and, in particular, the old port. Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent experience.

Le service était excellent et la nourriture était formidable (en tout cas les pâtes) ! Rien à dire, c’est le top! Et proche de la gare (2min).

A beautiful hotel with attentive, professional, and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is incredible, and the restaurant and catering are excellent. Close to the historic city center and train stations, it's perfect!

The service from the staff was great, they helped with a rental car and taxis and were very pleasant. The lobby area is inviting and the President Suite was large. The mattress is old with big dips in it, very bad for my back. There are mechanical shutters on all windows which is nice for keeping it dark in the morning. The restaurant is just above the room and they were moving tables and chairs around 7am. Once we called to ask for quiet they spoke with the staff up there and they made it better. The location is not wonderful. It is a dirty area of town with a train station and bus stops near by. Quite a lot of homeless there, lots of trash on the ground. Not very many restaurants and fewer shops. There are 2 hot tubs on the 7th floor roof top bit are right next to dining tables for the bar. And they were not cleaned often.

Very nice hotel, close to the historic center of Genoa. Everything is perfect.

Hello, our experience at your hotel was OUTSTANDING. Thank you. the entire day staff helped me SO much!! Gulia (sp?) and the other two women working the front desk were so patient and helpful. There wasn't a second that I felt unwelcome with my many questions. They patiently answered them all. Thank you so much!!

We originally booked a family room at the Hotel Continental. My wife booked here because she liked the decor (fish themed). We were informed when we tried to check in that we were being moved to the Savoia. I asked if we could stay at the Continental and was informed it would have to be approved by a manager, which at the time, after traveling all morning with the family, seemed like a hassle. The room at the Savoy had a pull out bed which was too short for my son and uncomfortable for both my son and daughter to share. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant on the 7th floor and had a bad experience. First off, the head waiter was rude and very short with us because we hadn't made a reservation despite the fact that the restaurant was practically empty. He seated us inside, although there were tables on the patio that were unoccupied for the entire duration of our time there. We really didn't mind sitting inside but if he wanted to, he could have easily moved us to the patio. Then, my wife and I both ordered a glass of local ligurian red wine and when I requested a second glass, the waitress (who seemed genuinely fearful of the head waiter) brought a different, already opened, bottle to our table. She poured me a glass, and from simply smelling it, I could tell the wine was bad. It tastes like vinegar . I told her the wine was bad, and asked for a different glass, preferably the same ligurian wine I had ordered earlier and she simple said no and took the glass away. I was still charged for the glass. One good experience was at the upstairs bar, which is why I have given a 3 star review instead of a 2 star review. The bartender was great and we had a good experience there earlier in the day. Overall, this was not a good experience and I would not return.

Bellissimo ristorante in hotel storico. Ottimi piatti preparati con prodotti freschissimi. Anche il servizio è stato molto accurato. La prossima volta pranzareremo sulla terrazza panoramica.
