Very spacious room and receptionist very attentive to customer needs.

Large hotel from times gone by, possibility of covered parking at no additional cost. The interior style of the rooms is very 70s/80s, which in some ways is an added value because they are extremely large, kitchen, living room/bedroom and bathroom. For being so many years old it is very well kept and very clean. There are many rooms and from the higher floors on the terrace you can enjoy an excellent view. Very close to the airport and convenient. The staff is kind and resolves situations when faced with difficulties. Very low prices even though the room was huge, I will stay there again if I return to Bologna.

The person on the phone spoke English decently and the lobby was nice enough. The room was not clean to American standards: a hidden trash can in the kitchen had the last person's trash, the bin in the bathroom had someone's old floss stuck on the side, and when something rolled under the bed and I went to get it, I saw all the dust and debris that was never cleaned there. The good thing is that it has a free parking garage. But if you have a stroller, you'll have to take it upstairs because there's no way it'll fit through the tiny elevator door.

I gave 3 stars because the hotel is dated and neglected, however it is located 2 km on foot from the central station, which is important for those who want to get around on foot, the walk is pleasant, another important thing is that there are bus stops nearby. At the reception there was a very kind guy, his name is Roberto, who gave us enough information on how to get around and what to visit in Bologna. All in all it was a pleasant stay. Ps Bologna is wonderful.

Comfortable bed and good air conditioner. It was very cold in Bologna when I stayed, but the room was warm.

I had booked this property for the location and the garage, and based on the reviews I was expecting something bad, but it was exactly the opposite. The hotel is old but renovated and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful for every need, the rooms are cleaned every day. the mattresses are comfortable, the room very nice and large, in short I found everything perfect.

Everything perfect... shame that we found the water cold in the shower... but otherwise everything was fine

It was a great experience. I booked for 1 week i looked up on booking and this was the first choice! Perfect location not too far from the city center and the price is reasonable. The room were clean and big enough for 4 person. The staff was wonderful they helped me out throughout my staying. Book here if you want an all inclusive staying! Please reserve me a room for my next trip!

This is the hotel with the largest room I have ever stayed in😆 This is not a room, it is an entire apartment with a living room and a kitchen! The price is cheap! shocked
