This hotel is good for the price. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I love the fact that this is a dog friendly hotel. The rooms are very dated, and that makes it charming in its own way. This hotel is ok, but don't expect the normal things you'd typically find in a 4 star hotel like, free coffee and tea service in the room, cotton balls and Q-tips, Kleenex, or a stocked mini-bar. The front lobby does offer 24h service and they do have beverages for sale if you want beer, bottled water or champagne. Did I mention that they're dog friendly 🐶🐕

Nice hotel in great position one way to centrum one way to airport 20mins For me was everything in perfect I dont try theit breakfast than i must come back for sure And i get better room as i book on booking If you go to Bologna take few nights here its good price for weekend in big city And personal is very friendly and ambitious

The hotel has very spacious rooms, the service was attentive and the reception very professional. It is a dated structure, the location is excellent for those arriving by car, you can get to the center on foot or by bus very comfortably. Worth taking into consideration!

Hotel 8 minutes by bus from the centre, well served by public transport. Spotlessly clean, spacious and very beautiful rooms, I find the vintage style of this hotel not a disadvantage but a great peculiarity because it feels like being in a chalet in the mountains. Staff more than helpful both upon arrival and when leaving, they also kept our luggage for us all day and when it was time to pick them up they let us use the services and sofas in the hall to rest a bit. If I ever return to Bologna I will return here, it is clearly not a top luxury hotel but it does well, always keeping in mind the more than honest price.

Needs a bit of maintenance but considering the price we paid it is pretty good value. Rooms are spacious and have nice design, and a kitchen where you can cook. About 15 min walk to city center. It was not noisy on the 6th floor. Breakfast was ok, some food was not fresh.

I have not been personally, my son stayed in this hotel, and the 5 stars do not refer to the rooms or anything else, but certainly to the kindness and honesty of Mr Roberto (I don't know if he is the owner or not), which is rare nowadays. Thank you for everything, if I had to recommend a hotel it would definitely be this one

Overall this has been a lovely experience and it's been nice to stay here, however there does not appear to be lunch or dinner options so you need to look for restaurants outside of the hotel.

30/03/2025: EDIT: I AM LEAVING A SECOND REVIEW. MY FIRST IMPRESSION OF THE RESTAURANT WAS AS BELOW. SO WE CAME BACK. THIS TIME IT WAS NOT A WORKDAY, BUT A SUNDAY. THE ONLY RESTAURANT WHERE THERE WAS A LOT OF FREE SPACE AND WE COULD SIT DOWN. HOWEVER, WE WAIT A VERY LONG TIME FOR FOOD, AN APPETIZER WAS SERVED FOR WHICH WE PAID EXTRA. THE WAITRESS DID NOT SERVE FOOD, BUT "THROWED" PLATES. WE WERE SERVED SPRITE IN A CAN, THEY TOOK AWAY GLASSES THAT WERE CLEAN ON THE TABLE. PORTIONS OF FOOD ARE SMALL, PRICES HIGH FOR IT. TASTE OK. WE PAID SEPARATELY. EACH PERSON WAS ADDED A NOT LOW COPERTO. HOWEVER, I DO NOT RECOMMEND WE WERE SUPPOSED TO RETURN FOR THE UNBELIEVABLE TIRAMISU, BUT WE WILL NOT RETURN. The place outside seemed closed, but the owner came out to pick us up and encouraged us to come in in communicative English. He offered us lunch of the day - for 17.90 euros we had a large bottle of water, espresso and two dishes (a fairly small piece of lasagne and grilled chicken fillet with salad). At the end they encouraged us to try the tiramisu, which melted in your mouth. Cool place, worth a visit:)

16/01/2024: I came back after a long time, I can't judge the pizzas because we had soups and desserts. All good and I will gladly go back on occasion.
25/12/2023: Really nice place, great food, spent a nice Christmas Eve
