New and comfortable beds, ideal breakfast, but classifying it as 4 stars is not correct.

Our stay was more than peaceful. The hotel was very functional. The furniture was a bit dated, but everything was clean, towels were changed promptly, and everything was very good. The reception staff was very good. I speak an average level of Italian and had no problems, but it's true that the Chinese lady in particular has a somewhat condescending attitude if you don't speak quickly. It would be nice if she understood that not everyone learns or has an excellent level of the language, even if they try. I say this mostly because of a couple in front of us, and I didn't like the way she treated the girl who was trying to speak to her in Italian.

The hotel is in a good location, offering limited parking in a garage, but we took advantage of the parking on the adjacent street. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the rooms were very spacious. The prices were affordable.

Parking is complicated unless you pay the 20 euros per night. The rooms need to be updated. The hotel is getting 3 stars, not 2, because I messed up the breakfast and the toilets.

The reception staff were friendly, though the Chinese staff in the breakfast room were a bit less so. Spacious rooms with a kitchenette, including a microwave. Very central location and very reasonable price. Recommended.

It is a 4* hotel. For my taste, very dark. But very clean. And I think it is the cheapest in the area. Air conditioning in the room. I think every room has a balcony. Breakfast included in the price. You can choose from a large variety of food.

It's a simple hotel on the outskirts of Bologna. The price/quality ratio is very good.

We had a great time, the staff was friendly, the room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent for us, as we already had bikes.
