I've been to this bakery occasionally and have generally had a good experience, except today. After asking to split a breakfast for two, one of the clerks started talking to her colleague as if they were having a major dilemma, told me it was okay, and then began laughing openly at my request. Honestly, not the best way to win over customers.

Beautiful location, excellent artisanal pastry. They also have delicious artisanal gelato, which never goes amiss.

My wife and I relied on Gran Caffè 900 and Roberto to create our wedding cake. And we can't help but say: the cake was simply superb! Roberto made a fantastic impression on us right away. You can see he knows his job very well, and you can especially taste it when you try his cakes. After the first taste, we knew we'd order our cake there! He has a wide selection; the cakes are tasty yet light and truly a hit with everyone. He also offers lactose-free portions for those with intolerances, as well as a wide selection of toppers (which you can bring from home, not necessarily get from him). We're giving it 5 stars because it's the best, but it deserves more!

From our first meeting, Roberto proved to be helpful, attentive, and professional, guiding us with patience and expertise in our selection. He offered us six generous, free samples, allowing us to carefully evaluate each flavor: a truly rare touch that we greatly appreciated. We were already sold on the flavor: raspberry, white chocolate, and crunchy pearls. The cake was simply perfect: aesthetically beautiful, meticulously crafted, and breathtaking upon first sight. And the taste... what can I say? Exceptional! Despite a generous aperitif and dinner, all our guests asked for seconds, and some even for three. Light, fresh, and balanced: the perfect ending to an unforgettable day. In addition to the extraordinary quality of the product, we want to emphasize the extreme professionalism and hospitality that Roberto gave us at every stage. His passion and dedication are clearly evident and make everything even more special. Thank you so much, Roberto, for making our dream cake come true: not only delicious, but truly memorable.
