07/08/2025: You can't have a chat outside in the parking lot because you're surrounded by voyeurs staring at you and circling around like condors, you're even scared to go to the bathroom, the food isn't good in my opinion and the fast service is quite expensive, they're doing you a favor and you pay three times as much for things... anyway, whatever... I don't know...

27/06/2025: I had a great experience at Big Ben Cafe! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, but what really stood out was the staff — absolutely awesome. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right from the moment I walked in. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Whether you're just grabbing a coffee/drink or a quick snak, the service here makes all the difference. Highly recommended!
