Had a wonderfull Sunday lunch - outstanding food in a traditional way with some great flourishes like the deserts, super wine and not bad service. Excellent value and highly recommend.

Good morning to all those who will read the review on this restaurant
I recommend the new Gramsci for its quality of food, presentation, location, a cellar of high-level labels starting with Damilano wines.
A truly different menu from all the classic restaurants, very kind dining room staff. But praise goes to the new restaurant manager Mr. Pasquale who, after a long experience at the Defilippis restaurant Pastificio,
He has been rewarded in this new role which he carries out in a kind and professional manner
Nothing to do with the previous manager, Bravo, but not up to the standard of this restaurant
My compliments go to all the staff including the chef
So, all you have to do is discover the new Gramsci, you will be thrilled!!

Looking for different pizzerias where I could enjoy a good pizza 🍕 as a weekend "cheat", I opted for Gramsci while looking at several photos on Instagram.
We booked and arrived a little late ⏱ (10'm) but despite everything a very kind and presumably nice lady made us sit down almost immediately.
From the menu 📔 you can understand that the choices are not very numerous, but to my taste they are starters, dishes or pizzas in "gourmet" style 👨🏻🍳 with a good choice of ingredients.
As you can see in the photo, mine with "Buffalo" has Bra sausage added, it's a spectacle to be eaten with your eyes alone 👀
The service of the waiters was very exemplary and fast.
Indeed, an even better note for a waiter who, when asked only for a glass of water (as we were getting up to leave), brought a bottle directly without taking it into account. This WAS A REALLY NICE GESTURE and brought my rating to a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
⚠️ Small note for the menu, underline carefully that some pizzas don't have sauce because the other pizza we see in the photo unfortunately wasn't finished because the person who was with me thought (and here it was more our non-malice) that there was sauce like all the others.
For the rest, I'm telling you to do the calculation, I thought I'd pay more for this goodness.🍕💣
I will definitely return and bring friends and acquaintances 💯

I have to say it was a wonderful dining experience!
In a very welcoming place with attentive and very kind staff; we tasted dishes cooked with great skill and with high quality raw materials.

Kind and attentive staff, all young, deserving of a great future.
Truly excellent quality food, for all super quality dishes. BRAVI!!!
Absolutely worth trying are the tagliolini with gray rabbit and hazelnut sauce, veal steak with excellent breading...perhaps a little expensive even if it's true that quality costs money.
The coffee bean for dessert is as beautiful as it is good.
If we really want to "shoe the ants", with the pre-appetizer (rye chips and Russian salad) there would be a taste of bubbles.
The wine with the half bottle was good, a good Nebbiolo.
