Govinda In Milano

The restaurant is very relaxing and managed by extremely polite people. The menu provides one course only, either vegetarian or vegan, with 5-6 small different plates. A few desserts can conclude the meal. I found the food delicious, although less tasteful than most usual spicy Indian cuisine. A nice experience to be repeated

We arrived at Govinda by chance, looking for a vegan restaurant that we could reach by metro M2. Very welcoming and well-kept environment, the guys who accompany you to the tables are very nice and knowledgeable. My son and I took a medium thalli: a plate with 5 dishes that are eaten clockwise and ranging from mixed salad, to soup, to rice with vegetables and legumes, to cooked vegetables with potatoes, to the delicious sauces that accompany the whole. Excellent value for money. Their aperitif with ginger, lemon and mint is also delicious. Absolutely recommended 🙏🏻

The peace you breathe from Govinda is priceless! The Temple, a "corner" of meditation where, listening to Krishna's words, you merge with the warrior and everything resonates. We ate the excellent food offered with love by the monks and then we chatted with Jonathan (the waiter) who told us a little about the Vedas and their beliefs. A wonderful experience that we will definitely repeat. Thank you 🙏🏻

An experience for the food, the kindness of the staff, the smiles given spontaneously. We tried the Thali Govinda, really good, spicy but not spicy as is often the case with Indian food. Had an encore of rice and soup even though we were full. Jonathan and Sara welcomed us, advised us, looked after us, told us without ever being intrusive. The visit downstairs is a must, as is the ginger drink. Very adequate price. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Well what can I say, I love this place in my heart from walking around Milan, in my opinion everyone should go there at least once in their life. Strictly vegetarian or vegan, therefore for everyone. They are gorgeous and the delicious dishes lovingly cooked. Thanks Govinda!

This place is magical, unforgettable experience. I highly recommend booking. The staff welcomes you and explains everything very kindly and are helpful and friendly. I recommend, a vegetarian restaurant!!! Next to me I heard a person complaining that there was no meat on the menu... total embarrassment for him. Downstairs is the temple which can be visited barefoot. You can refill each course if you take the thali, but for me, being a glutton, it wasn't necessary haha. Lots of flavor combinations based on Indian cuisine but you can feel the influence of Mediterranean taste a bit, in my opinion. Really excellent.
