Excellent restaurant, very high prices

We had an amazing birthday meal at Anna Stuben. The food, service and restaurant itself were all top quality. I wouldn’t be surprise if it gained another star soon as its operating above some 2 or 3 star restaurants.

Beautiful evening, intimate and elegant venue. Excellent Michelin-starred food, you can choose between the tasting menu or à la carte, cake is offered when you celebrate your birthday, thank you, you were very kind. Fair bill. We will return.

The room is a love letter to Alpine craft: timber walls and ceilings, soft light, and round tables that make conversation easy—more contemporary Stube than rustic chalet, and freshly renewed in the latest renovation. That warm wood sets the stage for a slow, unrushed meal, where attentive service moves at the pace of the table and the wine pairings land like little high‑fives throughout the night. Chef Reimund Brunner’s cooking leans local but never insular, folding in pristine seafood and bright acids so dishes feel lifted rather than heavy—think Alto Adige spirit with a modern, lighter touch and less butter and sugar by design. The menus play with mood—Creativity, Passion, Dedication—and the team happily lets diners mix across them, which makes the experience feel tailored without a hint of fuss. New location for the Anna Stuben restaurant in Ortisei, all in wood with an excellent scent of pine. Choice of tasting menu or à la carte. Very special and varied appetizers. Fabulous risotto. Very good duck. Very good desserts too. Courteous and professional service. Applause to the Chef.

You can order a la carte here and you also get chef's complimentary dishes along with the chef's breads. I am very happy and full with my 1 starter and 1 main dish.
