This evening we encountered excessive waiting times: an hour for four pizzas and thirty minutes for two coffees that never arrived. In the end, we got up without drinking them. At the counter, three staff members seemed distracted and not paying attention to customers.

A very well-kept and elegant place, perfect for those looking for a gourmet experience even with pizza. The dough is fragrant and tasty, while the dishes are really worth it: I tried the Hellas salad, fresh and full of nutritious ingredients. The service is fast and precise, the place has parking and is wheelchair accessible. Normal prices, excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Here we felt pampered from the first day we arrived, in fact we had dinner at Gourmet for 3 evenings! Everything was delicious and of high quality. Well organised, the staff are highly trained, very kind and attentive to every need. We were welcomed and looked after every evening by Enrico with the same kindness and the same smile ☺️ thanks to everyone, we'll see you again as soon as possible!

Fantastic, from staff to all food, you could not wish for better We were staying in a hotel close by, they suggested we try and get a table, they had one table left,,,, considering there isnt much in the area and the restaurant was large, this tells its own story. From the moment we walked in the staff were super friendly Every dish we ordered was perfect and well priced Its likely we will use the hotel when we fly from Verona in the future, we will certainly be back to this restaurant

Abbiamo provato solo la pizzeria anche se offre diverse pietanze alternative sia primi che secondi. Buono l’impasto delle pizze e prezzi gourmet ma non troppo: bufala 11€.. ottimo e veloce il servizio.

23/05/2025: Nice atmosphere, decent prices and good food. At the end we received limoncello and a bag of pasta on the house. We ate on the terrace and, even though it was cool, we had a terrace heater.
22/05/2025: We stopped for lunch at this spot after visiting Castello Scaligero di Malcesine. We ate in the lower portion of the restaurant as it was pouring rain outside. We loved the atmosphere inside the restaurant, it was so unique! The menu options were varied, and the food was delicious! The service was also excellent, and very friendly staff. What we appreciated the most was the gluten-free options! When we mentioned that our daughter has Celiac Disease, they immediately understood, and took great care of her. They even brought out a separate basket of gluten free breadsticks and bread for her (they are even packaged separately, so no cross contamination). We felt very confident eating here with her Celiac Disease, which is always such a bonus. We would definitely visit again!

13/05/2025: ChatGPT recommended this place to me, and honestly, it was a fantastic tip. The appetizers at the beginning and the limoncello at the end were free. The food was great for the price. The pizza tasted fantastic. The crust was especially great. The ambiance inside was great. The ambiance outside was okay. But that's criticism at the highest level. The service was super friendly. I'll definitely be back.
