Unfortunately my experience at Gourmet Pizza Concept did not live up to expectations. The place, although well looked after, was extremely chaotic: too much confusion and an unpleasant atmosphere to enjoy a calm dinner. The staff, visibly overloaded, struggled to keep up with all the orders, resulting in disorganization in the service. But the biggest disappointment came with the food. I was expecting a truly gourmet pizza, something that stood out from the usual offering, but instead I found myself faced with an absolutely ordinary pizza, without anything that made it special. Even worse was the puccia, which seemed like one of those packaged and simply heated on the grill: no fragrance, no freshness. Overall, a disappointing experience. From the name I expected something completely different, but unfortunately, at least for my personal taste, nothing gourmet.

Excellent pizzeria...maybe a little expensive (2 pizzas, 2 beers and a portion of chips, 50 euros!) but the quality is high.

Having been on the ketogenic diet for a month I was going crazy and luckily through friends I discovered that here they make a pizza suitable for my diet. The flavor is excellent and the appearance is the same as classic pizza. For the ketogenic/protein dough you need to add €4 to the cost of the chosen pizza. The staff were available to provide all the nutritional values ​​and to have a chat, truly exquisite and nice people. For those like me who find themselves "forced" not to be able to indulge in carbohydrates, I recommend this pizza because it is truly tasty. The weight of the pizza dough "ball" is 250g and contains approximately 125g of flour. The nutritional values ​​of flour per 100g are as follows: - 267kcal; - Fats: 2.5g of which saturated 0.7g; - Carbohydrates: 3g of which sugars 1.14g; - Fibers 54.7gr; - Protein: 32.4gr; - Salt:0.42gr.

Piacevole scoperta. Il locale non è enorme. Consta di tre ambienti: la stanza con pizzaioli e cassa, una saletta adiacente con alcuni tavoli e il bagno, più un dehors chiuso, riscaldato con stufa a fungo. Qualche nota dolente c’è: 1) il dehors ha una porta scorrevole che si apre di continuo, sia per l’avvento dei clienti, sia per il passaggio dei camerieri, immettendo aria fredda nella stanza; 2) i tempi di attesa sono un po’ lunghetti, ma non per colpa loro: contemporaneamente fanno anche tanto asporto. Tuttavia, all’arrivo delle pizze si dimentica ogni nota dolente: l’impasto è STREPITOSO!!! Le pizze sono piuttosto grandi, i condimenti ben assortiti e saporiti. I prezzi giusti. Ci torneremo ancora, questo è certo. Complimenti alla maestria dei pizzaioli, che a quanto ho capito sono stati anche pluripremiati in passato.
