We ended up in Santa Maria degli Angeli during our visit to Assisi: we had breakfast in this small but welcoming bar. The bartender, a very kind and helpful person, was the most pleasant and fortunate of the discoveries made: capable of recommending the best way to visit the surroundings, he is also an engaging history enthusiast. A rare gift, an exquisite person and the first city encounter that every tourist would like.

01/01/2025: Very nice place with characteristics that make it unique, such as its location near s. Francis. Excellent food and lastly the owner was friendly, kind and very good.
15/12/2024: Ate well and genuine local food...Friendliness at the top...clean place, gastronomic expertise and...I had a good time, living far away I can't go back to Assisi but I would say it's the best for eating. Thank you

06/12/2024: Ogni volta che sono in zona non posso non andarci. Secondo me il miglior pesce di lago che ho provato in Umbria e non solo. Tutto è davvero buono e servito con un attenzione e una cordialità quasi maniacali. Davvero bravi. Prezzi più che onesti se si rapportano alla qualità del prodotto offerto e al tipo di servizio.
06/07/2024: Lo frequentiamo ormai da tanti anni e pur essendo residenti in una città di mare il pesce del Trasimeno da Settimio vale per noi il viaggio. Tante le specialità offerte e tutte con un prodotto sicuramente pescato in loco. Offerta di vini in bottiglia anche di costo limitato ma validi. Servizio cortese ed efficiente. Bellissimo il panorama che si gode dai tavoli. Prezzi contenuti: antipasto, primo, secondo, bottiglia di vino, acqua, caffè circa 40€ a testa
