The food is fantastic, apart from the somewhat slow service. Friendly and I really like it cozy but waiting 30 minutes to order drinks and then the drink arrives after 60 minutes is a long time. Man
You should definitely take some time if you want to enjoy your evening here and call the service (a young guy, however, was quite active...we'll exclude him) more often.
The food… really good. Spare ribs and tartare are highly recommended.

We had a really nice holiday at the Hotel Goldene Traube. The rooms are very tastefully and modernly furnished. We also often ate dinner in the restaurant. Very tasty dishes and a large selection, something for every taste and budget.
We also loved the pool and the swimming access to Lake Kaltern. We could always refresh ourselves there after our hikes. Many thanks to Jan, Sonja and the entire team. We'd love to come back. LG by A. and J. Müller

We ate here on our vacation. It was really, really tasty!! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our daughter had to wait a little longer for her fries and was then given apple juice as compensation, which she was really happy about. The restaurant is absolutely recommended 😊

The Goldene Traube restaurant in Tramin on the Wine Route offers a first-class culinary experience, which is rounded off by a dedicated and professional team.
The pizzas are of first class quality. Particularly noteworthy is the Crude Saintilario pizza, which is topped with 36-month-aged ham. This pizza is a real treat for the palate and shows the fine art of the pizza maker Jan, who works with a lot of love and care. The dough is perfectly crispy and the ingredients are of the highest quality.
The homemade tagliolini with summer truffles are another highlight on the menu. The combination of fresh pasta and aromatic truffle is simply irresistible. The kitchen, led by Jan, shows its skills and creativity. The tagliolini are perfectly al dente and the truffle gives the dish a luxurious touch.
The fillet of bull with pistachio crust and potato tart is a culinary masterpiece. The meat is tender and juicy, and the crust gives the dish a special touch. This dish shows the high quality of the ingredients and the excellent preparation. The pistachio crust is crispy and aromatic, while the potato tart makes a perfect accompaniment.
All dishes are prepared to an excellent standard and leave nothing to be desired.
The team's service is first class. Restaurant manager Sonja ensures that everything runs smoothly and that the guests feel comfortable. Patrick in service is always friendly, attentive and strives to offer guests an unforgettable experience. At the bar, Mo provides refreshing drinks and a pleasant atmosphere. The team is well coordinated and works together harmoniously, which is reflected in the quality of the service.
Beer lovers will also get their money's worth. The Tegernseer Hell is offered at a very fair price of €5.50 for half a liter. Mo at the bar ensures that the beer is always served at the perfect temperature and fresh.
Overall, the Goldene Traube restaurant offers an outstanding culinary experience, complemented by excellent service and a cozy atmosphere. The dedicated team around owner Jan ensures that every visit is a special experience. Definitely worth a visit!

Nach einem Jahr "Zwangspause" beschlossen meine Frau und ich wieder in die Goldene Traube zu gehen da wir schon öfters schöne kulinarische Abende verbrachten. Die größte Freude war, unser " Herzele" Sonja wieder zu sehen und begrüßen zu dürfen. Für meine Frau und mich ist " Herzele " die Seele des Hauses und, wenn es sie nicht gäbe, dann.........
Wir hatten Tartar bestellt, das vom Chef Jan persönlich am Tisch frisch zubereitet wurde. Seltenst haben wir, wenn überhaupt davor, so ein tolles Gericht mit absoluter Spitzenqualität genossen, !! Wir aßen weiter Spareribs uvm. Tranken guten Wein dazu und ein, zwei oder gar drei!? Willis. Eine Zigarre und Espresso rundeten den Abend glücklich ab. Ein toller Geburtstag ........!!!!!

Sono stata qui a pranzo con mia figlia. La sala è
elegante ed essenziale..peccato che essendo
domenica a pranzo ci fosse un po' di confusione a
causa delle numerose famiglie con bambini.
Ho mangiato un risotto agli asparagi, buono, ma forse
la cottura del riso andrebbe tenuta più al dente. Mia
figlia ha preso dei gnocchi, molto ben fatti. Mi e
dispiaciuto il fatto che il prezzo dei gnocchi, che noi
abbiamo chiesto al pomodoro, sia rimasto lo stesso del
piatto originale (gnocchi con ragu di cervo). Anche la
bottiglia d'acqua l'ho trovata un po' cara...5 euro...Molto buona la focaccia servita al posto del pane!Camerieri gentili, disponibilità e pazienza della
cameriera, soprattutto al momento del conto.
