We had dinner on Sunday evening. The food was very good and came relatively quickly. Unfortunately the service was marginal. The waitress spilled the drink on my partner's table and clothes. Short, succinct apology that it would dry out again. Table was sticky so we wanted to move to another table. After a murmur it was agreed. Actually, something is on the house afterwards. We only noticed later that we had been charged for both drinks and that the house discount had not been deducted. But the food was very good.

Very chic restaurant with a great mix of traditional and modern design. The food was excellent (burgers 🍔 and Schlutzkrapfen) 😋 As always, Jan and the team were very friendly and accommodating. We would be happy to come back.

We were extremely satisfied. Beautiful vacation spot with Italian flair, nice clean hotel with new rooms, with balconies over the roofs. Staff very nice, not fake, relaxed. Boss is also totally attentive, present and ensures a relaxed, calm atmosphere, immediately available even though he is very busy, still personally takes care of the hotel, guests, kitchen, food, etc. A real professional! Pizza perfect!!, exceptionally tasty. Versatile breakfast. Own wine, Traminer, excellent, Tegernsee beer from the barrel in South Tyrol!!! Hard to believe! 😄👍Underground parking around the corner. Hotel centrally located. Everything just fits. Price performance food plus hotel top! Great hiking opportunities. Great wine in the region. We will definitely come back!!

We went to the Goldene Traube restaurant in Tramin yesterday and haven't eaten so well for a long time. The food was a 10 out of 10 and the service and ambience were simply top.

Have eaten here several times! Always very good! However, the opening times are not correct (5 or 6 p.m./no day off)?

Location curata e arredata con ottimo gusto: se l’obiettivo del ristoratore/albergatore era creare qualcosa di alternativo alla tradizione ci è riuscito. Per i turisti italiani, consiglio di aumentare le proposte di piatti tipici trentini che con qualche tocco di innovazione, renderebbero la proposta più interessante. Bravo il giovane cuoco e pizzaiolo, complimenti! Qualità della materia prima buona. Servizio nella media, punto forte la Signora che serve ai tavoli e che gestisce la colazione dell’hotel, ci ha saputi coccolare e ha posto particolare attenzione al nostro bimbo di 11 mesi, non scontato! Il ristorante è annesso all’hotel dove abbiamo soggiornato che si propone come un 4 stelle e nonostante le camere siano ben arredate e molto ben pulite, mi dispiace dover affermare che il servizio è sicuramente da rivedere: non c’è la reception, check in e check out si fanno al ristorante, il riscaldamento delle camere non è particolarmente efficiente. Colazione nella media, buone le proposte salate e le confetture di loro produzione, scarsa l’offerta dei dolci. Rapporto qualità prezzo nella media. Complessivamente siamo stati bene.
