26/05/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Covo delle Sirene and I can say without a doubt that it was an unforgettable culinary experience, which combined excellent cuisine with impeccable service. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and refined, perfect for an evening of good food and company. But what really made our dinner special was the service, which stood out for its professionalism and attention to detail. Federico and Marco are two true professionals in the sector, capable of making every guest feel at ease from the moment of arrival. Marco, with his contagious smile and his discretion, was able to recommend the right wine for each course, explaining each dish on the menu with passion and competence. His attention to the customer is enviable: never intrusive, but always ready to satisfy every request. But a person who loves his job and does it with authentic dedication. Federico, for his part, showed unparalleled mastery in managing the room. He was able to anticipate our every need, making us feel like guests of honor, without ever making us feel rushed or neglected.
