11/06/2026: As a Roman, I can say that finding certain flavors outside of Rome is not at all a given. The carbonara was simply delicious, made just right, with that authentic flavor that immediately transports you to Roman traditions. Tasting dishes like this is truly something fabulous. The place is welcoming and well-kept, with an atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. Impeccable uniforms, attention to detail, and a friendliness that is increasingly rare these days: for a moment, I felt like I had come home. The bill was also a super positive note: I should have paid more, and they gave me an unexpected discount. What can I say... amazing! Congratulations to all the staff. I will definitely be back to try other Roman specialties. 👏🍝🇮🇹
