Goja Ristoro In Torino

Two words: the best vitello tonnato in the world. And the rest is seriously good, too.

We discovered it by chance while walking past with friends, and it was a wonderful surprise! This restaurant serves typical Piedmontese cuisine. The dishes are very good and they have an excellent wine cellar. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Great for couples or friends.

Although the property isn't ideally located, it's very good value for money and the staff is very attentive. A good option if you're looking for something nearby.

We had the cheese assortment and Vitello for starters and were amazing, both of them! However, the second plates (pasta and ravioli) were lack of flavor, honestly speaking, after the outstanding starters we were very thrilled to taste the second courses but they were somehow, tasteless :(… The staff was super friendly. The atmosphere is nice and vintage, but it was super hot inside considering the windows were open and there was no air or fans, we were having dinner over 30°C in summer, it was difficult to enjoy a nice dinner with wine, we couldn’t stayed to try any dessert, it was very uncomfortable (at least for us).

Stumbled upon it by chance. Good value for money, away from the tourist areas. The truffle tartare starter was to die for.

Goya is very cute and well-kept, with a beautiful atmosphere created by the red walls and the candlelight. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I ate well, but it wasn't unforgettable: eggplant timbale and tagliatelle with tomato sauce. Personally, I don't feel like giving it 5 stars because the vegetarian options could be broader and more varied.

Delicious food. Friendly attentive service. We arrived early so it was quiet but the atmosphere picked up as the evening went on. Not bad for a Monday night!!

Special mention for the vitello tonnato, definitely one of the best I've ever tasted. The rest of the dishes were excellent, well-made and presented. Prices were average (around €30 for an appetizer and a first course with a glass of wine). Excellent service. Highly recommended.

One of my favorite taverns in Turin. Friendly atmosphere and typical Piedmontese dishes, also revisited, exceptional and never banal. Excellent quality. Highly recommended!
