EXCELLENT value for money. I'm updating my review because management has changed and we've returned to try it. The restaurant now serves exclusively Chinese food (not Japanese), and has undergone a very interesting makeover. The decor is in a very pop and colorful Chinese style; I found it truly charming and unique, definitely unique in the province. The menu focuses on classic Chinese dishes, the food is truly delicious, and the portions are generous (it's impossible to finish a single entree). The dumplings are all worth trying. The wakami seaweed is the best in town, a must-try. The duck is also excellent. We really appreciated this radical change, and it makes sense given that there are already too many Japanese restaurants in Ragusa. A proper Chinese restaurant was missing, and this one holds its own, both in terms of food quality, service, and atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

I had the pleasure of dining at Xiaopangcai and had a great time. I'd gladly travel 90km to enjoy their dishes and be pampered by their fantastic service.

Excellent à la carte Chinese restaurant, nothing like the Chinese cuisine at other all-you-can-eat restaurants. Here, everything is freshly prepared, so you'll have to wait a little longer, but the quality is something else entirely. The spicy chicken and Vietnamese rolls are highly recommended!!! The pork dumplings are excellent 🙏 It's not all-you-can-eat, but as a couple, we've always spent less than at a restaurant with that option and we ate very well. This evening we tried delivery; everything arrived hot, and the fried food (Vietnamese rolls) was still crispy. Well done 👏

Brand new flavor, brand new model, fresh ingredients, high quality, the boss and his wife are very warm and friendly, I will come again.

The decor is very Chinese and festive. I didn't expect to be able to eat Peking duck in Ragusa. It was the first time I'd eaten Wagyu-flavored ravioli.

Excellent evening, quiet and pleasant atmosphere, good service, extensive menu, and all the dishes ordered were of good quality. We had already tried it with the T.A. boxes and it was a good confirmation. Recommended.
