Honestly the best steak we had in Tuscany, me and my wife finished it in 6 minutes. We tried other steakhouses that were highly rated and honestly it wasn’t nearly as good. We also liked how we could have the option of medium rare/rare and the appetizers + pasta were super good too.

Very pleasant outside if you want to watch life pass by. Super friendly and attentive staff. Across the board, there's something for all ages.

Stayed 3 days in Florence and on our first day stumbled across this absolute gem, and actually our favourite in all of the several places we visited. Firstly the staff are excellent and extremely welcoming. We were very well tended to the whole time. The food, genuinely - best I’ve had in a number of years. The antipasti was the best I’ve had, you could just taste the quality of the salami and cheese. The Florentine steak, we had a few, was not only the best value but the taste was incredible. The mean was perfectly cooked and genuinely melt in your mouth. The potatoes are a must. Aperol and coffee - spot on. Didn’t have a bad word to say. The kitchen itself tells you all you need to know about this place, it was spotless and they had absolute pride in their work. I would urge anyone to come out of the centre and visit here.

This is definitely my favorite restaurant in Florence! The chef is right in front of you, and the food is delicious and has a wok-like feel. The waiters are very friendly and humorous.

Great gem in the heart of Florence! Very friendly and attentive staff, yummy food and great size servings and a lovely interior/atmosphere. The food exceeded our expectations and service was prompt and excellent, highly recommend!

We dined at Olio for my wife's 50th birthday. This restaurant is exceptional from the welcome to the dessert. A warm and cosy setting, top-quality service, with special thanks to Matthia and Gabriel, our waiters, for their recommendations, who delighted us with refined, top-quality Italian cuisine. We enjoyed a tender cut of Angus beef that just melted in your mouth. A great moment of gustatory pleasure that I recommend. Clarisse & David

Gran ambiente, servicio excepcional de Matteo, y deliciosa comida. Somos turistas canadienses y es nuestro primer viaje a Italia, así que la comida fue excepcional. Matteo ofreció grandes sugerencias - me encantó el plato de carne y queso. Nuestro grupo varió en edad de 13 a 50 años y todos disfrutaron de sus comidas. El postre de tiramisú fue tan perfectamente decadente y exactamente lo que los canadienses imaginamos que el tiramisú sabría. También agradeció que el menú presentara una lista de ingredientes fácil de leer para aquellos con restricciones dietéticas. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.
