Gnoc e Lambrosch: many people don't notice it, going to San Polo d'Enza from Reggio, if they decide to pass through the center they don't find it, if they take the new ring road, it is practically at the height of a roundabout at Pieve di San Polo (via Rampognana 12), then it is in a van, born in 2016 from a great idea of the tireless Simona and Adriano. They thought of doing Reggio cuisine on the move, their slogan is, "gnocco was born to be fried". Reggianità squared, if you don't find them on site, it means they are traveling around the world to let you taste our best specialties. Fried gnocco combined with excellent local cured meats including culatta, cooked shoulder, and in winter, cicciolata, there is also fried gnocco for vegetarians fried in oil and the one with spelt. Fried chizze with cheese or fried erbazzoncini. Lambrusco from local producers, erbazzone, tortelli of various types, cappelletti in brodo, lasagna, cheeses and jams, zuppa inglese and other Reggio sweets of our own production. A MUST HAVE for everyone who likes it authentic and delicious! Fantastic gnocco and tortellini! The friendliness of the owners is overwhelming. It couldn't be better - thank you for an excellent Easter menu.

Environment 4 because: It's not their fault the overview is not exclusive or exceptional but in any case the idea and the courage are praised a lot perhaps spring is appreciated more, then they know how to do it. food: delicious dumpling and cold cuts, the glass too, but strangely the tortelli were salty between the cheese and cooking perhaps a little salt escaped, really strange first time I've eaten them like this a little tasty but it can happen I think... maybe I should have said when they asked if everything was ok, but I didn't want to seem like the expert bigot, then it was always like this... but it would have been more honest... even if maybe they were to blame us all... and in any case I love savory foods because mine isn't simply boring, it was just an excess, but perhaps it happens, I'll leave the star anyway also because I'd like to try the rest next time for a complete picture and confirm.
