Downtown restaurant serving traditional Ligurian cuisine.
Simple but excellent food, generous portions. I recommend the fried anchovies, cod medallions, trofie with pesto, squid burrida, Ligurian minestrone, and pears in red wine. Everything is excellent.

A must-see!
A historic restaurant in Finale, this place is a real guarantee. If you're in the area, I absolutely recommend a stop: it's worth it!
The cuisine is exceptional, authentically Ligurian, with flavors that are rare to find these days. Authentic dishes, prepared with care and passion.
The staff is always courteous and helpful, and the welcoming atmosphere makes you feel right at home.
One of those experiences that makes you rethink the art of dining, an art that's increasingly rare to find.

We visited this restaurant last night and had mixed feelings. We started with bread and grissini, which we thought was very nice. My boyfriend ordered pasta al pesto as a starter, which was really good, followed by octopus with potatoes and ragu… which also tasted good, but unfortunately, it was served cold. I had gnocchi ai frutti di mare with mussels, squid, shrimp, and tomato sauce, which were very tasty and well-made. We drank half a liter of house wine with it, which was really good value for €6 and was a pleasant surprise.
Unfortunately, the service was rather hectic and impatient, which made the atmosphere a bit stressful. The coordination of the courses wasn't perfect… while I was still working on my plate, my boyfriend had already finished his first course, and his second course didn't arrive until I'd already finished… and was, as I said, cold. For dessert, we chose a Tiramisu al Bicchiere, which was a disappointment… very dry, barely soaked sponge cake, and not much mascarpone… unfortunately, the worst tiramisu we've ever eaten.
All in all, the food was mostly delicious and good value for money, but the service and dessert unfortunately significantly dampened the positive overall impression.
