We had an excellent breakfast. Highly recommend to anyone who is gluten free and visiting Milan. If you didn't tell me the pastries were gluten free, I wouldn't have noticed.

Honestly, coming from Australia, best gluten free pastry and bread I have ever tasted in my life. So light and fluffy and you don’t feel heavy after eating. Amazing 10/10

The most amazing selection of gluten free products all made on site. Very friendly staff who were able to speak English and describe what all the items were. Very well priced as well. Well worth the walk. We wish we were staying longer to come back every lunchtime!

I was in Milan yesterday and I discovered this wonderful place, the bread is very good, all the savory part including the arancini are mouth-watering. The sweet, crunchy pastry without that greasy aftertaste was amazing. I highly recommend. I brought home quite a few things. Thank you for putting in the passion that you can feel when eating your products.

Personale gentilissimo, ho prenotato una torta senza glutine e senza lattosio per la mia festa di laurea ed è venuta benissimo!! Dolci molto buoni, con molta scelta. :) Ritorneremo sicuramente

It will be worth it, even if the next restaurants will probably no longer be seen through the eyes of firsts, dwarfed by these unattainable peaks in food quality perfectly coordinated with the service and the surprising visual, sound and olfactory effects of the Sensorium. Long live chef Federico Rottigni.
08/07/2024: WOW! Incredible experience, one of a kind. Smell, sight, hearing, touch, taste, all the senses are stimulated and captured by the magic that happens within the tasting, a journey proposed by Federico and his entire team! WELL DONE! Truly incredible and one of a kind!
