I have searched the world - literally - to find the quintessential gluten free croissant. Six bakeries in Australia - Melbourne Sydney Canberra and Adelaide. Four bakeries in Paris. I thought if the French can’t make good GF croissant nobody can BUT I was wrong. Glufree make flaky, non greasy, absolutely delicious croissant. Before I was diagnosed as celiac I didn’t even eat croissant often as the butter and associated calories curbed my consumption. You’ll be pleased to know Glufree croissants don’t have butter. I don’t know the secret to their recipe but they take two days to make. For the customer time well spent. If they can produce croissant imagine how delicious all their other GF products are!

I ate a delicious breakfast here of a cup of (caffeine-free) coffee and a (gluten-free) croissant. Rarely have I had such a delicious breakfast, rarely so carefree and without having to make things difficult.

Sono cliente da sempre, da quando hanno aperto. Devo dire che sono migliorati tantissimo. La nuova location è molto illuminata e particolare, e il personale sempre accogliente nonostante ci sia sempre tanta gente (soprattutto sabato mattina), rumore e casino. A volte è così incasinato, che tutti i ragazzi dietro il bancone trovano modo di rassicurarti e dirti che a breve si occuperanno del tuo ordine. Gentili e precisi I loro prodotti senza glutine hanno subito un cambiamento top. I miei preferiti? L'arancino melanzana e la focaccia con patate e cipolla.Grazie davvero, è il mio posto gluten free preferito.

Forno per celiaci ben assortito e di elevata qualità. Tuttavia, i prezzi vanno oltre il ragionevole per ciò che non dipende strettamente dalla loro manifattura. Il colmo: 0,60 centesimi per un bicchiere d’acqua, caffè in capsule nespresso 1,30€….

06/04/2025: Cibo tutto molto buono, personale molto gentile simpatico e disponibile. Conto però troppo alto per antipasti e dolce. I primi e i secondi invece in linea con quanto ci adpettavamo. Peccato per il molto rumore nel locale e la puzza che è rimasta sui vestiti

08/05/2025: Very nice address to share, sincere cuisine, fresh products worked with precision, and a warm, spontaneous and authentic welcome.
06/05/2025: We chose the Fratelli Torcinelli because it was close to our hotel and we were all very happy because it was a very good choice. A nice atmosphere in the restaurant with a light ambience from the 50s to the 80s. The service was polite and attentive and the kitchen was top notch. The cook even came to the guests and made small talk, which I found very pleasant and warm. Because she was absolutely the star of the evening, at least that's what we can all say. I had a very delicate tartare, the orecchiette mugnoli and the dessert biancomangiare. I felt like I had eaten at Nonna's, it was that good. A good and authentic kitchen and a shop that is recommended. 100%!! A thousand thanks and greetings from Frankfurt.
