We find ourselves by chance in Priverno, and hungry we let ourselves be guided by the only sign indicating a refreshment point. Exceptional food, genuine and plentiful, and a very honest bill. Should we return to these parts they will surely see us again, in fact almost as if we would leave from Rome.

Ritornato dopo un po’ di tempo, sempre meglio. Cucina tipica con ingredienti locali scelti, menu’ tradizionale ma trovi sempre qualche chicca dello chef. Ambiente sempre familiare con una gentilezza naturale e confortevole. Tutti contenti, soprattutto gli amici tedeschi, sopraffatti dai sapori genuini nostrani. È sempre un piacere, tornerò presto.

Siamo stati oggi a pranzo veramente ottimo. Rapporto prezzo qualità eccellente e materia prima di eccellente qualità. Ottimo il rapporto con il prezzo. Tiramisù espresso al di sopra della norma. Complimenti

26/08/2024: Oliva e L'ingegnere rappresenta oramai una nostra tappa fissa estiva. Anche quest'anno siamo ritornati da loro e come sempre non ci hanno deluso. Il posto è intimo ed accogliente e propone pochi coperti. La cucina è eccellente ed innovativa, ogni anno troviamo un nuovo menù. Le portate sono equilibrate ed esaltano i sapori dei singoli ingredienti, il tutto con un'ottima carta dei vini. E' davvero difficile dire cosa ci è piaciuto di più della nostra cena, perché è stato tutto squisito a partire dagli antipasti per finire ai dolci. Il prezzo è giusto per l'elevata qualità che offrono. Ci ritorneremo presto come sempre!
26/08/2024: Oliva e L'ingegnere is now a regular summer stop for us. This year too we returned to them and as always they did not disappoint us. The place is intimate and welcoming and offers few seats. The cuisine is excellent and innovative, every year we find a new menu. The courses are balanced and enhance the flavors of the individual ingredients, all with an excellent wine list. It's really difficult to say what we liked most about our dinner, because everything was delicious, starting from the appetizers and ending with the desserts. The price is right for the high quality they offer. We will be back soon as always!

26/12/2024: Great service and a good plate of food. My paccheri allo scoglio with seafood was delicious and al dente
23/12/2024: I knew it as a passing bar before leaving for the A1 Valmontone motorway but I rediscovered it as a top 10 stopover for aperitifs and fish dinners. I will definitely come back Congratulations to all the staff
