Absolutely worth trying!!! Excellent food, both meat and fish. Almost infinite house starter with various typical dishes. Meat with an exquisite taste and expertly cooked (the fillet with pink pepper Simply exceptional) all seasoned by very attentive, helpful and competent staff (great Simone). The only flaw is the lack of parking but there is a guy outside who solves the problem (thanks to him too)..

This was the best restaurant we did in 10 days in Puglia! So much so we came back the next day! Cozy warm comfortable ambient, clearly preferred by locals and families (not touristy). Food is incredibly tasty, they also serve courtesy little starters, prices are cheap... but the best part was the waiter Vito, what a lovely person, attentive, good vibes, warmingly attentive, a special person!!!

A Wonderful Dining Experience at Ristorante Gli Ulivi
We visited Ristorante Gli Ulivi twice with my girlfriend, and both times were fantastic. We truly appreciated the warm welcome, the attentiveness of the staff, and their excellent service.
I especially enjoyed their specialties, which were absolutely delicious.
The restaurant has a charming atmosphere that made our experience even more enjoyable.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and a lovely ambiance!

EXCELLENT RESTAURANT
The owner made us feel at home and pampered us by recommending delicious typical Apulian dishes, good food and very kind staff.
Very short waiting times and a really nice location. If I were to return to Alberobello, I would definitely return to this restaurant. See you soon.

Absolument exceptionnel, des mets frais cuisinés simplement et très bons.
Une vraie regalade dans une ambiance sympathique où les serveurs opèrent un véritable ballet d efficacité et de prévenance toujours dans la bonne humeur malgré leur labeur sous stress( beaucoup de convives… de clients..)
