Very good food and impeccably presented! Very kind, helpful and very professional staff. Location with attention to every detail, the atmosphere is truly unique! The sign outside is not very visible, but the restaurant deserves a lot... Highly recommended!

I had dinner at this restaurant in Parioli and was very satisfied. The cuisine is excellent, with sophisticated dishes and unforgettable flavours. Despite the elegance of the dishes, the atmosphere is welcoming and makes you feel at home. The staff are warm and attentive, and the live music adds a special touch to the evening. A dining experience I highly recommend!

Excellent neighborhood restaurant! I recently moved to Parioli and I go there at least twice a week. Very fresh fish, elegant and welcoming place. I went last night to try the Calabrian porcini mushrooms that had just arrived...excellent! Very kind and professional staff.

Passo la maggior parte del tempo in ristoranti di tutto il mondo e a Roma non c’è nulla di meglio degli Ulivi ai Parioli. Non solo il menù e’ da togliere il fiato dalla bontà sopraffina, ma la cura della presentazione è di altissimo livello. Il maitre Matteo ha un attenzione per tutti e tutto, un magnifico savoir fair e chiedetegli di prepararvi la tartare di manzo… superlativa! Spesso c’è musica dal vivo, una bellissima atmosfera e…. Scopritelo da voi.. e non perdetevi la pavlova come dessert!

Excellent dinner in a ‘residential’ area in Rome - 15 mins’ drive from the Spanish Steps. We had starters of poached eggs with Parmesan, potatoes cream & black truffle and the scallops with potatoes cream and black truffle. For the mains, we had the seared tuna in herbal crust (perfectly cooked) and end tagliolini with lobster - perfectly done. Dessert was a platter of mixed fruit. Plus a bottle of wine was €179.
