Fantastic experience,Located in the heart of Parioli in Rome, the Gli Ulivi restaurant offers a culinary experience that combines elegance and tradition. The refined environment, enriched by modern furnishings and a welcoming fireplace, creates an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere. The kitchen, led by chef Vincenzo Ciano, offers dishes that skilfully blend Mediterranean tradition with innovative touches, such as linguine with raw red prawns from Mazara del Vallo with crunchy pistachios and old-fashioned Piedmontese veal. Che dire di questo ristorante, è tutto perfetto, dalla location al cibo, non potevamo stare meglio. Intanto è uno dei ristoranti più eleganti che ci sono a Roma, siamo entrati e abbiamo preso un aperitivo seduti comodamente davanti ad caminetto, poi arrivati gli altri commensali, ci hanno accompagnati al tavolo, grande e con una mise en place perfetta. Cibo superlativo dai carpacci ai primi, non tralasciando i dolci. Carta dei vini completa, servizio perfetto e conto in linea con lo standing del locale.
