A place offering typical Lucca cuisine. Extremely kind staff, they allowed us to bring our dog inside the restaurant. We had lunch with an appetizer, namely the cecina with chicory, pecorino, anchovies and tomatoes in oil. EXCEPTIONAL, we divided a single dish in two and it was enough for us; then first we tasted some excellent tortelli with Lucca ragù which I really appreciated! The gluten free version of tortelli is also available! All accompanied with two glasses of very good Valpolicella review. Price in 2 €60, absolutely recommended place for those who want a taste of local cuisine!

It is the second year in a row that we have chosen this place to have lunch on the occasion of Lucca Comics. It reconfirms itself as an excellent place to savor typical Lucca cuisine in a refined and peaceful environment. Even the house wine was delicious. Value for money definitely above average, staff very kind and attentive to the customer.

This was, without question, the best meal of our holiday in Tuscany. For those who enjoyed the Bistecca alla Fiorentina (steak), it was something of a culinary awakening. Stretches of our meal were absolutely silent because the food was so enjoyable. Service was friendly and efficient, and the surroundings very pleasant. A local recommended this spot to us and advised to make a reservation, and we are so glad we did. What a treat!

Bon accueil Petite terrasse Prix très correct Bon plats et bien servis Juste avant les remparts Réservation fortement conseillée MAIS … parlez italien avant l anglais… on est en Italie. PER FAVORE 😘
