Ci sono stato con amici per una cena di lavoro.
Posto molto particolare e agriturismo vecchia maniera (gli animali ci sono e si sentono).
Abbiamo mangiato il menú completo, dai loro affettati ai tortelli toscani tutto di ottima fattura e molto buono.
Camerieri simpatici e premurosi verso i clienti, buono anche il vino della casa.
Consigliatissimo!!!

Fixed destination with my girlfriend when we are in the area. A Maremma man and a woman from Puglia who share a passion for Maremma tortelli, made (almost) like my mother made them. Then delicious appetizers and robust, pleasant and tasty main courses. A friendly, "rural" environment, with young, trained and lively wait staff. You leave satisfied and think about when it will be possible to return.

Mixed feelings after being there, some aspects didn't convince me and although it wasn't a negative experience, I wouldn't go back.
The atmosphere is very nice and the service is attentive and attentive.
The sore point is the cuisine, especially given the price.
It is a basic basic cuisine, the cuisine of any average housewife, based mostly on the authenticity of the products and without any particular expression of culinary techniques.
A formula that could have worked 20 years ago and above all at a restaurant price and not at €50 per head which is already high-end catering.
The Morellino braised meat was really cheap. The tortelli which should be the strong point are a maximum of 6 and a half. We are in the open countryside and in the starters the only vegetable served was a subspecies of caponata which only tasted of vinegar, no hot vegetables, no legumes. The polenta with mushrooms was really good. Only things designed to minimize service times such as cold cuts.
I repeat: everything is ok in a restaurant context and price, but at that price and above all 200km from home I find much better.
I don't think we will go back a second time.
