Complimenti....netto miglioramento......,lo visitai dopo un mese dell'apertura....niente di eccezionale........trovai boriosita' vuota di tradizione.....oggi mi correggo un salto di qualità, Granita alla frutta ottima,Brioche rivisitata ma ottima soffice ed ottima di sapore,Mignon fatta in casa Senza usare semilavorati pronti!
L'Eccellenza per la pulizia del locale e dei laboratori che si scorgono.... Complimenti......

I had a granita with brioche. Excellent. I didn't like the use of the cardboard glass to put the granita. It is generally used for takeaway or in those very touristy places, which this pastry shop is not, also because there is a lot of talk about saving plastic and cardboard materials and reducing rubbish, but this way you do the opposite. I hope they will change from this point of view.

Considering the reviews on the service, I would like to underline that we are a pastry shop with the convenience of tables and bathrooms, to give an extra service to our customers. We do not serve tables and do not sell alcohol. The autonomous service has allowed us to be faster and the customer is enthusiastic about it, because he doesn't waste time. Each strategy is studied down to the smallest detail, thanks to my thirty years of experience. I focused above all on the quality of the raw materials and the training of the staff, to make them attentive to the customer.

Abbiamo assaggiato praticamente tutti i dolci presenti, comprese le granite…ECCEZIONALI!! Un sapore unico…autentico…con materie prime di qualità.
