Breakfast was good, but only a few items were available at 8:30 a.m. Donuts were almost nonexistent. I repeatedly asked for a Coke with ice and lemon, and was always told they didn't have any ice available.

Should I say it? I'm saying it. The best pastry shop in the hinterland. Gelato that puts even the most historic ice cream parlors to shame, a granita and brioche combo that's the perfect balance between tradition and new flavors. Small and large, you'll have to travel miles to try it. Sorry, but there's no comparison.
