A little unexpected gem, discovered by chance and drawn in by a menu featuring a few vegetarian starters. The cuisine is delicious, original, with bold, creative flavors… seemingly simple yet worthy of a gourmet restaurant. And the service was attentive and lovely. Apparently, they were testing a new menu, and it's a success: delicious puntarelle with sea urchin and black garlic, a simple yet perfectly seasoned garden salad (a refreshing respite from the Italian cuisine), linguine with sea urchin (amazing!), and perfectly cooked amberjack with a slice of celery (an incredibly strong, earthy flavor that's simply divine) and a hazelnut-based sauce with a touch of vinegar 🤩🤭😋 wow!

Very nice location but a bit neglected. The staff is very attentive and helpful. I didn't really like the food: the appetizers were good, but the first course was a bit disjointed and the second course was too heavy.

An exceptional address: the setting, the service, and the menu! Everything was a delightful surprise; the dishes were delicate, generous, and refined. Everything was perfect.

This is not an ordinary Italian restaurant (I love them as well!). But here you will be taken care of from start to finish with original and extremely tasty dishes, accompanied by a thoughtful and varied wine selection. Highly recommended.

I went to this restaurant for the Old Money event, which I must say, given the advertising, I expected much better. Instead, I found the organization to be terrible. If it weren't for the location and the very kind and professional staff who made the evening enjoyable, I would have left immediately. I will definitely return for dinner to try their cuisine, as the location and service are worth it. They also have a lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the Lungotevere to admire our beautiful Rome.

Elegant location and very good food; I've never had octopus so crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I gave the service 4 stars only because the dishes were a bit rushed, perhaps to keep up with the kitchen, but I would have appreciated a more relaxed pace. The bill for two was fair considering the quality, atmosphere, and location. We shared a fish appetizer, two fish main courses, shared dessert, a bottle of wine, and complimentary coffee and liqueurs for €120. I'll definitely be back to try other interesting items on the menu.

I went to Giulia Restaurant to celebrate my girlfriend's two-year engagement.
As soon as I arrived, they presented me with a beautiful red rose picked directly from Campo de' Fiori. The staff immediately made us feel at home. They recommended appetizers and two main courses, which turned out to be truly exquisite, including the truly delicious pork cheek. The staff's wine selection was also excellent. High-quality food, excellent service, and a stunning location. 5 stars are too few!
