We were on our way to something else. But something about this restaurant attracted us. We had delicious food and drinks, better than our Michelin experience the day before.

Sabina greeted us and for the next 3 hours we were her guests. The food was perfectly served and prepared, great cocktails, and a very tasty farewell tiramisu. This is a great stop while visiting the nearby Roman attractions and a break from the high energy of the city. Highly recommended.

A good restaurant in a perfect location! When you manage to park in the center and arrive at Giulia then everything goes away. You are welcomed by a refined but at the same time not opinionated environment and everything is prepared to make it comfortable. For this reason the dishes are a reinterpretation of great classics with current techniques. You eat and are served well and the atmosphere is high level international... when we started dancing with a crazy DJ set I thought I was in the center of Rome on a splendid evening!
