In the beautiful Piazza della Repubblica in Florence, we ate at the Giubbe Rosse restaurant. The beef fillet was very good and the tiramisu delicious. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The red note of the uniform and the covers on the chairs gives a touch of class to the location.

Erika is exceptional, joyful, polite and does her job very well. We will return hoping to be served by Erika. However, a nice place where you can eat very well

Having come here for a business trip, I rediscovered the Giubbe Rosse, a masterpiece of a place that seems to have been wonderfully reborn, especially for the staff, who are of incomparable skill and exquisiteness. I was served by a girl, Erika if I'm not mistaken, who proved to be professional as I have only found in certain luxury venues in Paris. If I return to Florence, I will definitely return. I highly recommend it.
