We stopped for refreshments during our city tour, mindful of the prices. We didn't eat anything except a few snacks with drinks. The products were exceptionally high-quality. We fell in love with their cedrata, which wasn't the usual countertop version; it was a refined, high-quality product that reminded us of the cedrata we had as a child. The staff was exceptional, friendly, courteous, and always very professional. We returned several times during our stay and will return next time.

11/07/2025: An experience not to be missed if you love special tastings and an unsurpassed menu. You'll be welcomed by knowledgeable and welcoming staff in a highly refined location, nestled in the charming center of Borgo San Lorenzo.
09/06/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant with my wife, trying the tasting menu: carefully prepared dishes, well executed and with interesting combinations. You eat really well, with quality raw materials and a cuisine that demonstrates technique and personality. However, the experience was partly penalized by an important aspect: there is no real wine list. You can only drink from the labels selected by the staff, without the possibility of independent choice. A limitation that weighs, especially for those who like to build their own food and wine journey or want to compare themselves with a wider selection. A format that has potential, but that deserves a review, at least from this point of view.
