Excellent place, complete service with everything you could want. The waiters are extremely kind in every way. The quality/price ratio is a bit high, but the coffee is truly delicious.

Service was outstanding both from our waiter and the store manager wonderful venue, food was unbelievable, outstanding recommendations as to how to pair our food and wine, we love this place. We’ll be back again.

I went to the historic Le Giubbe Rosse with my girlfriend for an aperitif. The service was quick and high-quality, with excellent cocktails and excellent service from the staff, especially Lorenzo, who was extremely professional and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Lovely place to people watch overlooking Piazza della Republica - highly recommend the chicken/rabbit ravioli & the tiramisu was to die for.

The pastries for breakfast were good, but the dough wasn't the best...too much chewing, and they were delivered a few minutes after the hot drinks, which means the cappuccinos might be cold by the time they arrive. The hot drinks were okay, and the smoothies were good. The savory croissants were also good. The welcome was good.

The food here was delicious (fish dishes in particular) and the waitstaff were gracious, welcoming, and attentive. Also, a wide ramp into the terrace made coming here with a wheelchair easy.

05/03/2026: Historic trattoria. The food is as it should be in a trattoria, one of those old-fashioned ones. Few frills, plenty of substance. Fast service. Authentic atmosphere, nothing fake "Tuscan."
