Excellent food and service, in my opinion the place needs to be modernized a bit even if it is a historic place.

We had a fantastic meal on New Year's Eve. I was glad I made a reservation early as the restaurant was packed with friendly local folks who celebrated the occasion with us. Service was kind and helpful and selected a delicious Cabernet to accompany our perfectly cooked rare/mid-rare chateaubriand, carved table side, along with potatoes and veggies. We started with ribollita tuscana soup for me and ravioli with spinach and ricotta for her. After tiramisu, we were treated to traditional holiday desserts, lentils (good luck for the New Year), limoncello and even fireworks! Thank you, Giarrosto, for such a great time. I got to know this historic restaurant a stone's throw from Via Veneto, With a Christmas dinner at the Unitre in Rome, the table had been prepared perfectly with all the Christmas decorations and I must say that the hot and cold appetizers started the dinner with great quality and quantity, followed by the choice between two first courses the "Tuscan ribollita" and the delicious tagliolini with artichokes. The dinner continued with a second course of truly tender scallops in wine with various side dishes, finishing with a panettone heated in the oven to enhance its flavour. The location, as they say nowadays, is all made of wood and gives the rooms a warm and elegant tone. The dining room staff is now an endangered species as it unites in the individual people: professionalism Style with elegance Advice on the various courses Also regarding the bill there were no surprises and it is in line with places in the medium-high area.

Very tasty Italian food. A real Italian restaurant. I highly recommend trying the tartare and ministerone here. The presentation of tartare is beyond praise. The service is pleasant and impeccable. I recommend booking in advance as the restaurant is always full I really liked it

In zona elegante e residenziale a Roma. Locale storico con ambiente e servizio elegante. Cena di lavoro con tempi corretti. Ottimo il prosciutto affettato a coltello con bocconcini di bufala. Buoni i fiori di zucca fritti. Risotto ai porcini super, meno bene i taglioni freschi con i carciofi. Filetto lardellato al tartufo nero ottimo così come il pane caldo e croccante e la pizza romana bianca. Tiramisù giusta chiusura in bellezza
