What an amazing experience while in Rome. This is an old school traditional restaurant. It’s elegant, high class, not a tourist trap and with servers who are extremely professional. I own multiple restaurants in the USA “italianfoodcompany” so to say I’m difficult is an understatement. Well, this restaurant hit it all. It’s a 5+ the meats wow! I had a bone in tenderloin, it was incredible. The appetizer I went for the large Roman artichokes spectacular. Anyway. This is restaurant that’s been there for 80+ years. I can’t wait to go back with my wife, friends and more. I highly recommend going.

Excellent quality and service. The waiters wear uniforms and the priests have very beautiful artistic paintings. A truly old-fashioned restaurant where you can find Tuscan flavours. I ate the cured meats and the finocchiona is always memorable! My friends were also very happy with the desserts!

I love everything about this place! I could eat there every night. The food incredible, every single morsel and bite. The staff stellar and kind. I felt spoiled and at home. Worthy of being in the movies, the atmosphere comfortable and elegant. Will dream about it. Thank you to my cousin for taking me.

We had a fantastic meal on New Year's Eve. I was glad I made a reservation early as the restaurant was packed with friendly local folks who celebrated the occasion with us.
Service was kind and helpful and selected a delicious Cabernet to accompany our perfectly cooked rare/mid-rare chateaubriand, carved table side, along with potatoes and veggies.
We started with ribollita tuscana soup for me and ravioli with spinach and ricotta for her.
After tiramisu, we were treated to traditional holiday desserts, lentils (good luck for the New Year), limoncello and even fireworks! Thank you, Giarrosto, for such a great time. Buon anno!!! 👍🏼🙏🏼❤️🇮🇹🥂🎆

In zona elegante e residenziale a Roma. Locale storico con ambiente e servizio elegante. Cena di lavoro con tempi corretti. Ottimo il prosciutto affettato a coltello con bocconcini di bufala. Buoni i fiori di zucca fritti. Risotto ai porcini super, meno bene i taglioni freschi con i carciofi. Filetto lardellato al tartufo nero ottimo così come il pane caldo e croccante e la pizza romana bianca. Tiramisù giusta chiusura in bellezza
