If you are looking for a quiet, typical and quality place in the center of Rome (not touristy), this restaurant is for you. The highlight are the waiters, those of the past, distinguished gentlemen, professional and very kind. The food is good, I recommend the meat!.

In zona elegante e residenziale a Roma. Locale storico con ambiente e servizio elegante. Cena di lavoro con tempi corretti. Ottimo il prosciutto affettato a coltello con bocconcini di bufala. Buoni i fiori di zucca fritti. Risotto ai porcini super, meno bene i taglioni freschi con i carciofi. Filetto lardellato al tartufo nero ottimo così come il pane caldo e croccante e la pizza romana bianca. Tiramisù giusta chiusura in bellezza

Our steak was really nice. We had the 100 Euro Florentine. However as a foreigner we really didn’t feel welcome. The waiters treated us poorly and was not very friendly.

The waiter was very friendly and the food was delicious. This restaurant is famous for its meat dishes, but its vegetable soup and grilled vegetables are also very delicious. I went on a Saturday, so it was very crowded, and it took a little while for the food to be served, but I was very satisfied.

Anyway, the food was delicious.
It is one of the best Tuscan dishes, and I would definitely like to try it next time I visit Italy.
Also, the staff were polite and very kind to Japanese people.
I had a taxi called for me on the way home, but even though it was difficult to get a taxi due to the time of day, I was able to get back to the hotel safely because of the repeated calls.
It's a little far from the station, but it's worth the trip. It is best to make a reservation.
