The place is quite casual; any attire is fine. The service, being run by South Americans, can be complicated because sometimes they don't understand you very well, so you might get something completely different at your table. The location is beautiful, right on the EUR lake. Don't expect anything exceptional; the food is average.

I find the one-star reviews excessive. We spent €30 for three for an aperitif with ice cream and fried food. The place has its merits. I've seen menus elsewhere with pasta dishes for €30. €10 for an evening of conversation in a pleasant place doesn't seem like a rip-off to me. Obviously, the new manager, who took over from the longtime Giolitti, could have been smarter.
