One of the best dinners of recent years. Cozy place, attentive service and super dishes. Everything was excellent, from the starter to the dessert. Good wine list, with particular attention to local labels. The visit to the cellar was also pleasant.

We were 4 guys at dinner, we ate both meat and fish, everything was exceptional, excellent service, an adequate bill and formidable quality. Stuffed pigeon fans one of the best first courses I have ever tasted. We had two appetizers, four first courses, two second courses, a bottle of wine, coffee and 3 desserts; spending between €45 and €50 per person.

The owner was so very kind that he tried to help someone who needs help without any concern. The atmosphere of the restaurant was so nice that I recommend this place.

Excellent restaurant in Bolsena that offers well-studied and delicious dishes! The selection of local wines, the desserts and the welcome aperitif were also excellent, a surprise that we really liked.

Surprisingly delicious food, Italian food with a culinary twist. Prepared and presented with care. We opted for a 4-course menu, 1 of which was vegetarian. Friendly attentive service. Atmospheric restaurant with a great wine cellar where we sat at a shared table. Recommended!!

Cantina superlativa, cucina con prodotti ricercati e selezionati, ben presentati e gustosi. Unico consiglio che darei allo Chef è di usare il sale con molta parsimonia. Si può mangiare sia dentro che fuori. Veramente da provare a Bolsena, mentre da evitare ristoranti sul lago.
