The owner was so very kind that he tried to help someone who needs help without any concern. The atmosphere of the restaurant was so nice that I recommend this place.

Excellent restaurant in Bolsena that offers well-studied and delicious dishes! The selection of local wines, the desserts and the welcome aperitif were also excellent, a surprise that we really liked.

Surprisingly delicious food, Italian food with a culinary twist. Prepared and presented with care. We opted for a 4-course menu, 1 of which was vegetarian. Friendly attentive service. Atmospheric restaurant with a great wine cellar where we sat at a shared table. Recommended!!

We went to this typical and elegant place.
Very welcoming, friendly and professional staff.
We were given samples as appetizers and also as treats.
We ordered the soft egg and truly delicious truffle.
Fried cod with a delicious berry sauce.
Even the delicious and soft rabbit!
For second courses we ordered some delicious tuna with fiji and also some tasty and soft beef fillet with potato puree!
Finally we ordered a tasting of all the desserts and also the lemon sorbet.
Special and delicious desserts.
Between us we often have around €125 worth of wine and water.
Fair price for the quality of the products!

Dinner with a couple of friends. Local dishes tend to be lake fish.
Well prepared and presented. Had dinner at the slightly smaller outdoor tables, the interior is more beautiful! Slightly high prices. Very honest about the wines. However, it is worth stopping for dinner.

Cantina superlativa, cucina con prodotti ricercati e selezionati, ben presentati e gustosi. Unico consiglio che darei allo Chef è di usare il sale con molta parsimonia. Si può mangiare sia dentro che fuori. Veramente da provare a Bolsena, mentre da evitare ristoranti sul lago.

Allein die Situation in einer alten Kantina, tief in den Tuff getrieben, kühl und trocken, ist ein Argument, das Gio aufzusuchen. Die Speisekarte gibt es auf Englisch und italienisch, dennoch muss man sich das Angebot erklären lassen, denn der Küchenchef komponiert aus regionalem Material Köstlichkeiten, die man einfach probieren.muss. Die Weine sind von erhabener Qualität und dennoch günstig, das Service ist professionell und freundlich, die Atmosphäre im Lokal angenehm temperiert.
