This is an exceptional restaurant and should be a must stop if you are visiting Bolsena. The menu is unique and utterly delicious. The service is friendly and outstanding and the atmosphere is very relaxed and charming. Prices were reasonable as well, especially considering the experience and service.

Our evening was enjoyable, with all the dishes being adequate, aesthetically pleasing but lacking in flavor. The service was excellent, and we were treated to many thoughtful touches, starting with the welcome prosecco, the entrée, and the pre-dessert.

Highly recommended restaurant. The cuisine is absolutely top-notch in Bolsena. The service is very friendly and very professional. A four-course menu, water, and a glass of wine come to €120 for two people. But in my opinion, if you can afford it, it's worth every euro.

Wonderful cuisine, with amazing and original dishes worthy of gourmet. I’m giving only 4 stars because of the desserts, which ruined the overall experience. The tiramisu had nothing to do with real tiramisu, the cheesecake was presented in an unusual way but wasn’t tasty, and the chocolate cake was bitter.
The atmosphere inside is wonderful, but outside the tables were uneven and everything was wobbling. We were served by a very nice young man, but he showed no emotion or friendliness and failed to make you feel cared for.
