Stopped by after a meal at a nearby restaurant to pick up some deserts to go. Pastries are excellent but kind of over shadowed by the grumpy attitude of the counter staff… not sure what their problem is but felt like it was a real inconvenience for us to step foot in their bakery and burden them with our purchases!

Fantastic service, great cannoli, and almond bar. This is a typical small service business. Get in get out. Come back again. If you want a full service go to a sitdown place.

I tried my first Pistachio Cannoli and it did not disappoint, it was delicious and a good price. As there’s also service from the window, I think it’s difficult for the guy to know who was first 😅 but other than that it was very good experience. I recommend 😊

Unfriendly. Unfriendly.. I purchased the recommended items for lunch and tried them, but they were so tasteless that I was suspicious of the intentions of those who gave generous ratings. It seems to be full of nonsense evaluations and reviews.

Half an hour ago I had a pistachio croissant and it was the best I've ever eaten in my life 😍 it was very hot and soft 💖 a regular stop before going into work 🥰

Everything else was just so-so and the pistachio cannoli was overcooked. The shell is crispy and the cream is just right, not too sweet.

I’ve been studying abroad in Florence for a few months and this is honestly my favorite bakery to go to if you want to have pastries that taste exactly like where the place they’re known! I go here at least once every couple of weeks and getting a little treat here always makes me happy!

Osteria All'Aglione

19/08/2024: Osteria with a small shed along the road, we went to eat the Florentine steak but it was nothing exceptional. Let's be clear, the meat was good, but given that the minimum cut is around 2kg, if I spend 98 euros on a steak I expect it to be stellar, in reality it was normal, in Barberino di Mugello I ate better.
17/08/2024: The crostini and cold cuts were spectacular, even the Florentine steak. The only flaw, for me, was the lampredotto (less on salt and not made as a sandwich, my mistake in not having asked), but that's a matter of taste
