I really didn't like the service. I ordered water and received a bottle full of dirt inside. We asked for mushrooms on the pizza and they refused.

A very good restaurant for lunch while sightseeing in the center of Milan.... I ordered spaghetti with clams, which was very good.

Very good Neapolitan-style pizza, one of the best I've ever tasted. Unfortunately, the overall experience was ruined by the service, which was completely inconsistent with the prices and the location. Furthermore, the atmosphere was extremely noisy, even though the restaurant wasn't full. Furthermore, we were seated next to a group of extremely loud and rude German kids (constant burping, zero respect for those eating next to us). When we asked to change tables, the manager responded unprofessionally in Neapolitan dialect ("And now where do I put these?"), before moving us anyway. When it came to the bill, the surprise: a €3 cover charge per person, without any bread being served. I find it absurd to pay the same cover charge as someone eating a plate of pasta or something else (with bread) when all you're eating is a pizza. Furthermore, the cover charge wasn't clearly visible from the outside and isn't clearly written on the menu. Another negative point: the prices differ between the paper menu and the app. When we asked if we could pay via the app, we were told the app had incorrect prices. But if we hadn't asked, it would have been easy to pay incorrect amounts, creating further confusion. In short: good pizza, but high prices for a pizzeria, inefficient service, and a lack of transparency. A real shame, especially in a place like the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, where one expects a much higher level of professionalism.

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, beautiful seating, and is quiet. The Alfredo pasta is delicious and very sweet with mushrooms. I ordered risotto, but I couldn't eat it because it was too salty, so I asked them to change it, but it was still salty. I also ordered fries, and their fries were very good. Even better, the mayonnaise is generally amazing. That's all, really.

Honestly the food was bad..not made by locals and definitely not up to standard..service wise. Doorman is amazing and friendly..thats all. The rest talks to you in a sarcastic manner..my forst trip to Italy and my first meal. What a let down. After this i had other cheaper and low grade places with better service and taste

Excellent food, both the pizza and the first courses, very plentiful.....I am also very satisfied with the staff, Luigi served us, a friendly and nice guy....you deserve 10 stars

Despite the overall experience, the one lasting and genuinely positive memory I will take away from this restaurant is the receptionist at the entrance — exceptionally polite, highly professional, and warmly sincere. His genuine smile and attentive manner created the only truly welcoming and memorable moment of our visit.

Good pizza. The signature one is yummy. Pasta dish is sooo thick and creamy. So great to have one. The appetizer is average. Salsa is so refreshing. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly. Near the heart of town.
