And it must be said right away that Gimmy Giò is not a Chinese restaurant 😂😂😂. Let the owner tell you how the name of the restaurant was born. It's a nice anecdote.
We ate really well and without spending a fortune. The first evening we had a really good mixed grill.
And since we had a good time we went back the following evening. Mixed platter and a pizza. Promoted!!!
I recommend it, friendly and nice environment especially the owner.

I don’t often leave reviews but I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The pizza was tasty and used local ingredients and they even had local craft beer! Service was great and the staff really wanted to make sure I was enjoying the food. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend

We stopped at this restaurant because I was looking for a more “homie” feel. When I looked online at some
Pictures of the plates it seemed like a great fit. The prices were reasonable. We had a large plate of antipasto for two and then had a plate of pasta each.
The pasta lacked salt on both plates making the taste a bit simple but it was good. The antipasto plate had a great variety and we enjoyed that a lot. They do charge a bread fee I noticed on the bill of 3€.
Overall it’s a cute place.

siamo capitati qui per caso, mentre eravamo di passaggio tornando da Viareggio.
abbiamo trovato un locale super accogliente, qualità del cibo davvero sopra alla media considerando il prezzo, e personale super gentile.
prima di mangiare ci sono stati illustrati i piatti e ci è stata presentata la storia dello chef in modo molto simpatico, e credetemi rende molto piacevole l’atmosfera.
varietà di piatti del giorno davvero ampia.
consigliatissimo.

Ristorante familiare e accogliente a Colle bassa, in una via pedonale. Personale disponibile e simpatico. Piatti tipici della Toscana, dai pici alla fiorentina oltre alla pizza, ma anche ribollita o pappa al pomodoro. Tutto abbondante e buono. Posto adatto a chi ama le cose semplici
