We returned to this restaurant twice because unfortunately it closed for vacation. Excellent food served by courteous and friendly staff. Excellent value. Highly recommended. Outdoor seating is also available.

The staff is very friendly and the terrace along the narrow street is a very cosy place to sit, especially in the evening. The prices are low and the good is decent but not outstanding. The tables are placed quite close to each other so you can hear the other diners but not too distracting. Overall we had a very pleasant dinner here! The crostini misti were simple but nice. The pici cacio e Pepe lacked salt and the sauce was a bit watery, lacking a bit of cheese. The roman style pizza had a nice, crispy crust but either needed a bit more sauce or was baked a bit too long because the sauce was a little too dry

Michele is always friendly and a great host. His cuisine is simple, yet rich in Tuscan flavors. I highly recommend him, especially to anyone tired of spending a fortune on restaurants.

siamo capitati qui per caso, mentre eravamo di passaggio tornando da Viareggio. abbiamo trovato un locale super accogliente, qualità del cibo davvero sopra alla media considerando il prezzo, e personale super gentile. prima di mangiare ci sono stati illustrati i piatti e ci è stata presentata la storia dello chef in modo molto simpatico, e credetemi rende molto piacevole l’atmosfera. varietà di piatti del giorno davvero ampia. consigliatissimo.

Ambiente cordiale,il signor Michele gentilissimo,ci ha anche aiutato a risolvere un problema legato al nostro viaggio,sulla via Francigena. Ottime le bruschette e i contorni. Consigliatissimo!!

31/07/2025: We were recommended this place by our B&B and it did not disappoint. The truffle pasta and pork roulette were the highlights. Fantastic local wine selection and excellent service. Get the tiramisu!
30/07/2025: Very nice and welcoming place. Very kind staff. We had a starter and dessert, which were truly excellent and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

10/08/2025: I ate very well. The waiters were kind and helpful. I had zucchini flowers as an appetizer and pigeon as a main course! Both were delicious!!! A truly wonderful dinner!
