02/02/2026: I go there every now and then, but unfortunately it's a bit far for me... the beer is very good, well-filtered, and overall the taste matches the menu description. It's well-filtered, good, nothing to complain about. As for the food, some things are good, like the rib-eye steak, which is delicious and well-cooked. I don't understand why the tagliata isn't up to the same standard. The burger is good, but a bit small. The meatballs in tomato sauce are good, but a bit flat; the sauce just lacks a bit of flavor, even with just a bit of basil, which unfortunately isn't there. The supplì, no, not good; I think they could do better. The atmosphere is quite nice, and industrial, a bit reminiscent of the place's history. As for the service, it's a bit unpleasant: every time you have to order, you have to chase the waiters, who, even if they pass by, don't ask if you want to order; in general, they're a bit snooty. More customer service, please. Anyway, I'm happy to go back every time, because it's always a good time and always ends well, and that's not a given. Bye!
