Gifuto fusion restaurant In Milano

This restaurant was a delightful discovery! It's well-decorated and simple, without being overly elaborate. It's not your typical 300-seat restaurant that makes conversation with your table difficult. The service is top-notch; a young man looked after us from start to finish with discretion, kindness, elegance, and friendliness. The dishes were delivered promptly, without being rushed to serve someone else. The quality of the food is high, and they don't overdo the rice, making enormous uramaki or nigiri. The uramaki are served in portions of four, not eight, so it's more enjoyable to try a few more dishes. We also found some unique and tasty choices. The price is a bit higher than average, around €31 excluding drinks and cover charge, but honestly, for a good, quiet meal, I'd happily spend €4 more than at other restaurants.

One of my favorite sushi spots! I often go back because the sushi is always good and fresh, the menu is varied, and features dishes you won't find anywhere else. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!!
