We went for dinner. The place is very nice. There's not much seating inside, so reservations are recommended. There are additional tables outside. The welcome is excellent. The wait staff is very friendly. The restaurant is meticulously maintained, beautifully decorated, and has excellent background music that encourages conversation. The menu is varied and predominantly seafood. The dishes are beautifully plated, and the attention to detail and quality are excellent. The chef walks among the tables to present his dishes; you feel very well looked after. The wine list is excellent. Just one suggestion: considering the quality of the restaurant, I would have preferred mineral water rather than microfiltered. It would have been more in keeping with the setting. The price is reasonable for a seafood restaurant.

A pleasant surprise, but not for everyone. Professionalism, reliability, kindness, and politeness are the hallmarks, all complemented by refined, high-quality cuisine. A rare find, well worth a visit.

Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail: from the refined cuisine to the attentive and kind service. The products are top-quality, and every dish speaks of passion, expertise, and love for good food. A significant detail: the ample parking, extremely convenient for enjoying the evening without a care in the world. The most touching moment was the dessert, prepared by Rossella with skill and poetry, right before our eyes. I love this form of sharing and transparency, which makes the experience even more authentic. Thank you so much for giving us such a special moment, where taste, elegance, and humanity meet in perfect balance.

I went for dinner yesterday with a group of friends...what can I say...very fresh fish and excellent food, kind and welcoming owners, attentive customer service, excellent wine list. I highly recommend it, I'll be back.

The best fish and seafood restaurant in Rome, had the antipasti, primi and secondi. Was to full for dessert. Highly recommend

I could mention the quality of the raw fish, I could praise the uniqueness of the first courses, and the goodness and lightness of the fried food. But to simplify everything, I'll just say truly exceptional. And then they have the Jefferson. The best.
