Probably the best pizza in Rome from a traditional oven. Great service, one pizza max per person, you can't eat more.

It's just a pizza place. The tour guide told me so, so I went. This is not the American pizza that Koreans are familiar with, but just the original Italian pizza. It is meaningful to put firewood in the oven and cook it yourself. One Salad Hippo Pizza is enough for two. I was embarrassed when they asked for a tip when I came out.

The margherita is amazing and beyond description. I took dinner from him while I was in a hurry, and today I came and took lunch from him. Anything other than the normal margherita. I tried a regular vegetable pizza and a cheese and eggplant pizza, and they were all normal.

Chalet Del Benessere

13/01/2025: I celebrated my 40th birthday at the chalet and it was an amazing party. I thank Mr. Gabriele, Bernardo and all the staff so much for organizing everything to perfection. The catering is also very rich and tasty. We will definitely reorganize other parties in this location. Alessia
23/12/2024: Ottimo per feste di bambini, spazi ampi, curati con spazi esterni molto belli. Animazione divertente. Cibo per la cena non soddisfacente, la pasta non è piaciuta a nessuno. Da migliorare assolutamente questo aspetto

02/02/2025: Excellent tavern in Piazza di Pietra. Food with genuine traditional flavors due to the raw materials used and the seasonings that make the dish a mix of well-blended flavours. Starter: artichoke alla giudia, first course gricia, cacio e pepe and carbonara....all excellent. Punctual and friendly service. A nod of credit to the very sweet lady CATIA who carries out her work in the dining room with love and passion, advising customers and proud of the tavern that she feels is hers. Welcoming and colorful environment. Well done!
