Ah well. It's easy to review here. So much beauty in the kitchen of the Garden. Simplicity that always wins over everything. Balanced flavors. Harmony that reigns supreme. Perfect cellar. Staff and service I would say excellent. And its host who becomes the true reference of Catania cuisine.

I went to this restaurant yesterday for a business dinner. The environment is in Sicilian style, the restaurant rooms are well-kept and excellent service. The fish carpaccio is excellent, truly top quality and well plated. The food is excellent and cooked perfectly. I felt very comfortable. The prices are not too high compared to other restaurants of the same level where you pay more than double. It's the second time I've been there and I have to say I'm satisfied. The only "but" is the bathroom: although very clean it is really too narrow.

What can I say, returning here after about 20 years, excellent in everything, from the welcome to the coffee! You have to come back more often to be able to taste all the dishes on offer.

Once through the door which leads to the garden you have the sensation of going back in time and this pleasant sensation increases upon entering the house now used as a restaurant. A series of rooms where time has stopped, leaving a simple and elegant decor at the same time. Both meat and fish menus accompanied by an important wine list. I ate excellent fish both raw and cooked.

Coming down from a beautiful walk on Etna, hungry, we look for a place to stop and we find this pearl. A polite, hospitable and kind owner, excellent food, wonderful fish served with taste. Spaghetti with sea urchins are wonderful, as is the raw fish. The dining room staff, trained, professional. Thank you, a wonderful discovery
