23/11/2025: My dear friend Lorenzo took me this Friday for our food gathering. What better way to chat while eating? This restaurant, where the tables are made specifically to hold the Hot Pot used for the broth, is truly a perfect example, where you share not only the conversation but also the food. There are five types of broth, including a spicy version, but be careful, because if the chili pepper is already strong, the heat of the broth increases the burning sensation.
We ordered the pot with two broths, one vegetable (which perhaps had a little pepper, but it's not annoying, although at times you might feel a hint of spiciness while drinking the broth) and one with mushrooms. I preferred the latter because it was really delicate, yet flavorful.
I have a 5-year-old child, so I didn't feel like bringing him because it could be dangerous.
But cooking your own choice of ingredients in the broth is really fun, and it's a healthy touch in the cold. Eating hot food right there is a truly interesting experience, in fact, being careful not to burn yourself.
We chose thinly sliced meat, quail eggs, beef meatballs (there are various options), mushrooms, cabbage, dried and fresh noodles (we chose two different versions to taste the difference; I preferred the fresh ones).
Another fun thing to do is make your own sauce to season the food you cook and then serve. They give you a variety of ingredients on a separate table. You just put the ones you like in a bowl and mix everything together. My sauce was made up of sweet and sour sauce, soy sauce, sesame seeds, peanuts, and fresh spring onion. For me, it was a truly perfect combination.
Unfortunately, we learned at the end of dinner that the menu also includes mixed skewers to cook in the broth. We'll definitely have to go back. Fair price: €30.
20/11/2025: We didn’t take the all you can eat hot pot, but we ate some really good dishes (Chinese cabbage, beef with mushrooms and the best mapo tofu I ever ate in Italy) and one mediocre dish (chicken sweet sour).. we parked by the garage across the street and we wanted for some quick lunch
