During a short two-day stay in Florence with my partner, we discovered this place by chance, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The bubble tea is truly delicious, with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors, much better than many others we've tried elsewhere. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, and the staff is friendly and helpful. A perfect place for a refreshing break in the city: we'll definitely be back on our next visit to Florence!

Ristorante di Villa Fiesole

29/09/2025: I believe this hotel deserves a five. The views of the city are remarkable. The service is impeccable and the rooms are clean with all the amenities one would expect. Nicholas was without a doubt, the best hotel host I have ever experienced in all my years. He and his staff constantly went out of their way to provide one on one personal service. From putting on dance music at night to greeting us in the morning with fresh food and champagne. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel above the city of Florence.
25/08/2025: A gem in a beautiful city. Close to the heart of Florence with the beauty and calmness of the countryside. Service was excellent, staff were friendly, every need anticipated. The food, the room, the courtyard, the pool, all well designed and convenient. Beautiful location. Highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future. Recommended by a friend.
